1 – Mobile ID Card: View, email or fax your Member ID card.
2 – View Claims: This includes claims summary information, individual claim details and your cost-share, if applicable.
3 - View Plan Limits and Accumulations: This includes your specific benefit plan limits, such as deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums.
4 – View Cost and Benefits: This includes details specific to your plan and detailed benefit types, such as routine medical services (e.g. immunizations or primary care) and pharmacy.
5 – Provider Search: Search for and compare providers and services to find one that meets your needs.
6 – Treatment Cost Estimator: Get out-of-pocket cost estimates for procedures based on your health benefits and claims.

getting same error message that others are reporting here. I sent a message through website asking if it was a known error and customer service said they had no other reports of the app malfunctioning. That is clearly not true based on these reviews.
I don't even have the opportunity to log in as an error pops up saying error. I've uninstalled and reinstalled this app several times.
I am getting the same error, saying please try again later. It is really too bad that this app doesn't work because the description sounds very promising.
I just downloaded the app and it wont let me even login. It says 'error encountered while processing the request from the application'
There was a glitch it's fixed. Just downloaded it and it works perfect!
Same as the other Tufts app - instantly crashes when opened.
It's my health insurance, they take your money but never want to give it back.

Does not open at all
Will not work at all again. Had same issue back a few months ago. When I open the app I get an error then when I try to sign in I get an error. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and reinstalling 2 times already. Very disappointed.
