Tufts Health Plan
Once you complete the initial registration on your phone, this app will allow you to perform the following functions:
1 – View Claims: including claims summary information, individual claim detail and your cost-share, if applicable.
2 - View Plan Limits: including your specific benefit plan limits, such as deductibles, out-of-pocket maximums and visit limits. This will default to your current benefit plan coverage.
3 – View Cost and Benefits: including your plan’s specific benefits and detailed benefit types, such as routine medical services ( e.g. immunizations or primary care), pharmacy or DME (durable medical equipment).
4 – ID Card: you can view, email or fax your ID card.
5 – Provider Search: you can quickly find network providers that participate with your plan.
When designing the app, we were sure to include the functions that members said they wanted most. Future versions of the app will include additional functions as they become available. If you have suggestions for additional functions, we’d love to hear them! Call Member Services at the phone number listed on your Member ID Card.

What happened? App no longer launches. Experiencing same issue as other people. A quick splash screen and auto closes out.
Horrible app horrible experience trying to set it up. Nothing but bugs and freezes over and over. Youd think theyd have this figured out in 2022
App keeps crashing due to it having a bug. They need to fix it.

Can't even give the app a real review because I've never been able to get the app to load. It opens with a blue screen that says "Tufts Health Plan" then almost immediately closes. Don't waste your time downloading this app, it's a waste of space.
It would be nice to have an app open normally after you download it. Ive tried to open this app multiple times and even restarted my phone, yet the app still doesnt work and gives me an error that it stopped working. Save yourself the trouble and dont download the app.
First I get an email that says "Well that was embarrassing! Here's the actual address to log in and register" I had never tried to register in the first place. I gave it a shot. That didn't work, so I tried the app and after going through several steps get "Error, please try again after sometime" I am now officially concerned if I ever have to use my insurance. "Embarrassing" is correct Tufts.
Every time I try to use the app to display my ID card, it says 'oops something went wrong' - of all the possible things to use this app for, that's like the one thing this app should do correctly no matter what. I have my phone, standing at the pharmacy, bring up the app so I can show my card and... Oops... Called tufts. They said to use the website instead because the app sometimes can't display your card. Seriously? Fix this!
This is a terrible app. When first installed, it works fine but only the first time. After that, the login screen takes forever and then the loading screen never ends. Junk. Don't waste your time.
Crashes any time you try to log in now. Completely worthless.

App keeps crashing, even after uninstalling and installing
Downloaded app. Kept on getting message " THP keeps stopping." Have not been able to open it once for 2 days. Even tried uninstalling, and re-installing. Still does not work.
This app is worthless. The teledoc function always comes up with an error. Some of the functions in the app just bring you out of the app and into the web browser.
It's a great app but all of a sudden within the last few days it doesn't open .
Flaky as hell. I tried to display my card but no name or id number was shown. Today it stayed at the splash screen forever. I've used it three times and had one good outcome
Everytime I try to log on it's says ooppss something when wrong! Also says my email can't be found!??! PLEASE FIX . FOR BETTER STAR REVIEW
What's the poi t of having an app that directs you back to the website when searching for a doctor? Information about walk in centers/alternate emergency services is nowhere to be found. Glad it wasn't a true emergency. Still no idea where that information is
Terrible. Prompts me to download it again. Worst app I've ever used. What kind of insurance company dosent have a 24/7 customer service number. Oh yea becuase they are all f****** scam artists. Thanks for nothing to the most pathetic app/health plan provider on earth.
Does not work, even a little. You I put your information to register an account, and it tells you to download their mobile app. Yes, the one that you're literally using at that moment. Garbage.
The app doesn't work, I tried opening it several times and the app stops working. You can't even log into it.
The main reason I downloaded the app was to pay my Mom's premium. It was the only account she has that I was paying with check. Even the invoice we received said if you register online you can pay the premium?.....
Installed quickly, works perfectly. All those one-star reviews are from 2020, so the bugs have apparently been fixed by now.
App duck's. Would not load. I am happy with my plan! Just wish they would get this mess fixed. Would like to pay bill online. So, I wouldn't know if this program was any good! My guess is no.
Waste of time downloading. It won't even open. Just says application error. Tried reinstalling many times with no luck.
This app is horrible, only getting unable to connect error. I'd give ZERO stars but it makes you give at least 1. What a waste of time!
does not work. i have downloaded numerous times and everytime it says it can't connect to the server and shuts off. So do not waste your time.
Awful. Login and it just keeps loading but never does. Better to go to their web page!! Useless app
This app was incredibly helpful for finding providers in my network...until I tried to find an optometrist who is in network because I need new glasses. Now it's crashing everytime I try to open it. Welp, looks like it's the ever encroaching darkness for me!!! Thank you Tufts!
