Tuition Class Management System(TCMS)

This app is excellent for its useful features. I think everyone having educational institution should use it. I subscribed it for 1 year. Everything is well and good accept fees system which was developed in post paid basis. Please, solve fees system as soon as possible. I wish it's successful future. Thanks Invotech teams.

All my queries were solved by the developer. It's just awesome. Everything under one app. Best app for managing a coaching center. It has all the options from attendance , income expenses, fees, reminders, examination details, whatsapp, sms facilities and that too for a very nominal cost. Go for it.

The developer has done a great job. I need all the feaures in the app for my coaching classes. I have used many app but didn't find the good service. This app developer team alwsys with us to serve better with the use of social media. I personally use whats app to contact the team and surprisingly they always present to help me. Must have app for Tution, coaching classes to maintain their students records in a better way. Edit:After each update its better and better. EXCELLENT SERVICE.

Worse!!! 1 star because app was great at first and so I subscribed it for 1 year. But I've requested them just one features multiple times ,from last 6 month but it didn't got resolved.Really disappointed...... I'd just asked for fees payment mode includes on session basis as well as monthly and course...

Its good app. Easy data entry and then we have fee, report card and attendance etc with just a click. But something I suggest which must include: 1. If we add exam marks on different dates, they all appear on one report card. There should be option for report card for single date and multiple dates on page separately. 2. In acedemy registration there should be option for acedemy that should appear on report card, attendance etc 3. All data on previous report cards should be there in application.

This is my new review I'm adding this cz I got a quick response and they solved my problem. Still I have some more issues..if they can solve it I will definitely provide the 5 star rank. This app is quite good. I am using this app since one year and more. but now there is a problem, when I add some study materials students are not able to see that study materials please do something about this.

We bought the app with money. But there is a problem with the teacher login. Attendance cannot be taken from the teacher login. Despite repeated messages, the reply is not coming. If this is the case with paid apps! It is difficult to run this app if it is not updated properly. Because our organization cannot run randomly. We have to find something good.

Very good app, used since July12, 2020...but the response from your support team is worse....I contacted many times but no response from you...so finally I decided not to renew subscription..will move to another app. Thanks again, very good app, but the only problem is support issue. App is good but having some issue 1. Sometime sms not working. Can't send sms after payment 2.Fee receipt pdf is not showing

You need to improve more like when playing a recorded class we need e playback speed function, seek function and also need to add quality adjustment option then it will be perfect. And need a little bit optimization bcz it's loading slowly.

Not recommended strictly, No help from 2 day has provided. All my data is lost. If you want all your data to be lost abruptly and you will be left helpless with no customer support. Then only purchase this aap. Not recommended strictly

Best app for tution management system Easy to report all functions are available at one app it is like a software👍👍👍👍 But teacher login create a problem. teacher are not able to take attendance . It is very bad I had tried to talk to devloper many times but no response from devloper.

Tution class Management system is a very amazing for all students. It's really great app for all teacher and student. It's easy to teach and learn for any subject.

Best app for maintaining students records such as fees, Identity Card, pending fees, staff and their attendance,and salary. If you add a feature to permote student in next batch, it will be more better. Overall, it's a best application and really I love and like it and suggest others to download this application.

Very nice experience of the application. No worry of any mismanagement. Its really nice to manage tution classes. I expect more benefits such as lesson planning and daily schedule planner as well as request developer to speed up automatically refresh

I want to Give 5 Stars if its available to this app. Because, I tried more than fifty school management apps before this. But, now i preferred this. Really its very efficient System for an Educational Institution. More than its name 'Tution Class', One Can Use it to a Private School Also with huge. Best Part is its User-friendly Interface. I did have a problem regarding subscription. But I am quite impressed with the prompt response and solution from you. I have one suggestion - batch timings of my tution is different for different days. But it is giving me option just tge same time for all days. I think this issue to be taken care of.

Absolutely fabulous , I am feeling proud that app is made in our country , even if there are some lags , I hope you people will overcome , I had problem with subscription, but instant response received from team and sorted out issue. All the best.

i need this app. this is the first app i ever seen on play store for coaching institutions. Many apps are available on play store but nothing is related to coaching institute. this app is very good and after talk to programmer i feel better. they update regularly according to requirement of institions.👌👌

Teacher login not working. Each time trying to login a message pops out to contact admin

Problem 1 : Its not good when I have to type in teachers name while there is a separate place to add staff. And a teacher may not need a guardian. So why that's an essential. Problem 2: QR scan attendance marking. And as I'm having time I'll let u know what to be implemented to be the best. Request: Please be hurry to finish the web view it's an Outstanding step. I bought this for 3 months for testing. And if things turn good I will be a lifetime and driving more customers. Regards.

Finally I find a app like this.. I found it very helpful. Then I subscribed it for one year for the 1st time... Still no problem faced... I'm managing my Coaching center easily with.. Student login is very attractive to the stydents.

Excellent app, very much useful. I m using trail version now but willing to buy subscription. Can you tell me few things. 1.can we add a single stundent in multiple batch as I m not able to do that now. 2.After subscription will only one user can able to login or multi user as this is coaching app and more than one faculty need to manage this app.

This application is awesome. I subscribe for one year. The student log in feature made this app even more appealing. It would be great if the student can login by entering the academy code without scanning the qr code of the academy. Scanning is made compulsory. Please change that.

Please add a feature that it should be shown due fee after complete month.

Waste of time every feature coming soon and flow is not easy to understand ,as we are using other app for our school and I thought its cheap as compared to other so we should try it but its actually cheap in all respects as the interface is very poor to learn. School management app is the best Developer copied this app
