It's better to fix book later option, when I put later driver has received that its a real time hire. Also I think it should include here book for a friend option..
Rates are higher than the other taxi apps. Had an issue with card payment as it reports an error only when the trip is completed
drivers are not informed of the offers and force the customers to pay the full amount when discount coupons are in place . they refuse to press confirm till on the app as the first amount the app gives is the toll without discount.
please update it with adding credit/debit cards. And if i add a promo code and after getting the fare rate it shows the normal price it doesn't show the discounted price.
Worst taxi passenger app I have tried. just unistalled today. from recent its showing "unfortunately service is not available in this area" and I am in Colombo 1. what a joke.
After the new update whenever I log in, it shows unfortunately service is not available. Please fix this problem.
OTP SMS not coming. tried 4 times since yesterday. all other services OTP SMS are coming on my phone like for other banking services.
This App is a spam..... something like True caller.... has Requested for all phone information... Never couldnt get a taxi through this.... so should be cautious.....

It's very hard to find a tuk tuk vehicle in the city of CMB. I tried several times last week.
Useless app. Cant connect even one drivers also. All drivers are busy. Stupid app.

Very deceitful the promo codes don't work and once you hardly activate a promo code the normal payment cost suddenly increases than the amount displayed before activating the promo code. very disappointed!!! Most of the times drivers are not available and this app is useless!
