For the past week or two I haven't been able to open the app. I've tried on multiple devices and every time it starts to load and gets to just under halfway before it freezes and says that it is "unable to load your data". I've never had an issue with the app before but am getting very annoyed by this issue.

The information given in the app is often wrong, and if you bring it to the front desk they will just pretend it makes sense and play stupid with you. There are some contact numbers and kiosk check that is accurate but I lost my pin right after downloading this and my free play 2 weeks in a row because they claimed it was a computer glitch while my food comp and cash back was being used... I would not recommend the app and I think they need to stand behind it.

It just keeps saying unable to laod and has been stuck on that for like two weeks now. So I say screw this app and am going to uninstall it but first wanted to rate it which I give it a real score of ➖⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ not one star but that was the lowest I could rate it in the actual app. It's a waste of space on your phone don't download it.

I have been in the one club for years ans recrntly moved up but they say on the level i moved up to i would recieve free spot play as it would be the only change for moving up to the New level, That did'nt happen. I did not even recieve a 5.00 a month free play.

App never shows free play and the points meter has never shown in the correct place. During the Thanksgiving promotions the app would say an error has occurred and would not update.

One would think with all of the money that the tulalip natives have made at the this casino, they'd be able to present a more professional up-to-date, at least at the very miimum. How embarrassing, to tote your business as this premier establishment but they can't even get someone to develop and create a simple app that works and is so outdated & archaic like this is. I Know nothing about computers etc. But I'm certain I could pull off something much better than this. Their food sucks butt also

Very nice establishment the machines could hit a little bit more food's great I'm still confused on the free place but I don't know great place I give it a five star..

Never updates. It only shows promos from one casino and most of the time it's old info. When in the account option, it never shows promo money balance.

The last week's this app has been glitching says can't load data at this time I've uninstalled it and reinstalled it to no avail won't even open to input anything just keep getting the same error message

Your app needs a fix. Won't open for the past 2 weeks. Usually works fine. Not lately.

It currently won't open, and hasn't for close to a month. I get an error message & have uninstalled/installed it 3x. Loved having it before this hiccup.

This casino is a RIP off. They have to be manipulating the slots. Go ahead and throw away your money because ever since they opened the new casino, nothing but low payouts and they cut you off after a certain amount. Literally will just have empty spins until whatever small amount they teased you with runs out. Scam, rigged , definitely track you.

Once again this app rarely you'll probably get it to load 50% of time, it's kind of like gambling 50% of the time you might win something..

It won't open it. A message just pops up saying it won't load data.

My favorite of all that I've won jackpots out of the three and close to home. I do like the food.
