suddenly four past 3 months, would not show updated items in catalogue. had to go through website to add new DVDs or bluray to hold list. now just use bookmarked website instead of app.
Great library option and a great variety of options. Love this app.

Good app for the library. You can see your holds and order books very easily. And it can hold your library card nunber so if you don't have it you can still check out books.
I love the library and this app is excellent! It brings the library to my home!
It takes forever before it reconises your password. And then it won't display your books.
The app worked fine up until yesterday. Now every time I get onto it it has an error pop up. It say "Something went wrong invald_grant" I uninstalled it then reinstalled it but it still keeps getting the error.
I really want to like it, but there's no point in having an app if I can't ever actually check out any books. Every time I try I get an error message!
This app suck!! It keeps taking me to ebook after I check out a book. It gets to 87 percent and stops. Not worth my time
Works as intended. 10/10 application. Very efficient.
It looks nicer than the old app, but the responsiveness feels MUCH slower. And I was under the impression that we would actually be able to listen to digital audio directly in the app; that's not happening, although it does do a better job of explaining the constellation of services you'll wind up using if you check things out digitally.
Won't let me log in. It just comes up with a pop up saying "unauthorized" and the pop up comes back multiple times when I click "retry". I put in my correct username, card number, and password,even reset my password for this and it doesn't work.
Will not let me in. Unauthorized. I used the user name or card number and the password I use on the website. I'm not the only one with this problem.
It looks pretty. But it will only log in with card number - won't recognize username. And it doesn't remember my login info like the old app. I'll take the old one back.
I love the library but it doesn't let me long in
My ebooks won't load; always gets to 91% and then stops so you can't read any part of the book

Makes my life so much easier! I can find and request the books I need for my family! I am notified when they are available for pick up at the library closest to us. We love to go to our spot on the hold shelf and get our books!! A wonderful resource for readers!
