Plenty of great features like mobile deposits and quick account transfers make this great. They also do a good job updating the app. My only complaint is that when it does auto-capture of a check to deposit, it has a feature that makes it vibrate the phone. This is a horrible time for it because it makes the pic blury from vibrating. And it's a forced function so it happens even if I turn vibration off. I'd give it 5 stars if this gets fixed.

The app freezes after making a transfer, even within the same account. The app is unreliable, but will work fine if you complete a transfer then force quit the app. I shouldn't have to do this though, but that's been my work-around for now. My app is up to date, so that isn't the issue. It has been this way for almost a year now.

The password recovery and customer support is terrible. The app will lock you out, and the password recovery system will sometimes forget your password, and force you to recover it.... which is terrible.

This app all of a sudden just stopped working. Tried uninstalling then reinstalling and it keeps giving me a technical error message. Got with 3 customer agents and they were unable to get me registered even online in order for me to view my account. Finally after so many attempts, (along with the assistance of multiple customer agents) I was locked out of my online and app accounts. I'm deleting this app for good and I'm having to use the automated phone system.

The app is alright (sometimes fingerprint login breaks and I'll have to use my password until it works again) but dear God why the name change. WeStreet?? Simply terrible, I hate it. I saw absolutely nothing wrong with TFCU

It has been fairly good. The one issue I seem to have is that of the fingerprint login. It turns off on its own, and sometimes I have to go into the facility to have them reset it for me. It is irritating to be locked out.. I've gotten too spoiled with this mobile banking I guess. It would be nice to have the fingerprint login stay on until I turn it off myself though.

App is pretty good. Not sure why they removed finger print login with new version. Also need ability to transfer funds to external bank accounts or ability to set it up in the app. Everything else functions awesome!! Will change to 5 stars with these changes! ⭐⭐⭐

I now know the phrase application error we cannot display your information at this time please try later is not your phone or your settings, it is the banks maintenance on their systems. All the banks say the same thing. Do not change your settings or browser your app is not crashing it is the network itself on there end. And yes it is very fustrating! Now the app is running gr8 no problems since this last post. Very easy to navigate! Still loving the app! Getting used to online banking its gr8

Rare to have many problems with this app. If i do then the wonderful ladies down at our branch help us out! The layout is simple and easy to use. Transfers are super easy and they also made it super simple to manage personal AND business accounts at the same time.

The notification system isn't worth using. It can take up to a full day to tell you that something has been pulled from your account, which is kinda useless when you had money you could've put in there but because the system doesn't tell you that something withdrew you get two $30 overdraft fees

Your app is trash. I can't even login. I know my user name and password but your app will not work. All I ever get is "sorry there experiencing some technical difficulties, try again later". I've tried later several times and still can't login. Ive looked for updates, deleted and re-download the app and reset my phone. Even cleared cookies and cache. And I've tried it on a different phone. Im using the galaxy s20 5g and the iPhone 11 pro max. Get with the times and fix this stupid app.

Works well for convenient banking. I have been with Tulsa Federal Credit Union for a long time, and I have never had any issues. Great bank with a lot of thought and convenience packed into the app.

Very helpful,mobile deposits R better. lots of good changes. They were processed from 9 to 10 am.(Also must be recieved by 8 am to be processed. Since only 2 employees did them, then Mondays and many days you'r out of luck, called to find out.) Now the whole system easier to use now, The app will help you get the best picture 4 deposit. And now processed during regular hours 9-4. a lot of improvement. Full statements available. And quick balance info open and swipe down. From ☭ to 💲. 5 Stars

Great Ap and easy to use. the only complaint is you can't choose the account you want to "Bill pay" from. Also the bills that you do pay do not get deducted until they pay. Other banka subtract the funds immediatly.

Every since the new update I have to keep resetting my password when I open the app even though I use it daily. Starting to be more of a hassle then help calling in daily to change passwords to get access to my account.

Its VERY hard to deposit checks by pictures . Now I dont know what to do on how to deposit this check. I'm flipping 2 hours away. And this taking a picture of your check to make a deposit is amazing. IF and WHEN it will work. Other then that I love this app.!!

New update causes mobile check deposit photos to be taken automatically. This leads to blurry images that then lead to a rejected mobile deposit. I was happy to click the button after the check was in frame and focused. Please let me click the button.

I've been to several branches and had them set up my mobile banking app but I've never been able to access it. My Arvest app worked perfectly. Probably going to switch banks.

CDs should have the ability to check interest history more than ONE full 3 month period when pulled up on android. Should also show when EITHER matures OR purchased. This gives the member the ability to look and not always call in to get this information.
