Control vibration• Future ability to for us to control vibration, part of our library for hardware interfacing

I get this message at least 2-3 times a year and the app won't work or open. Each time this occurs I have to uninstall and then reinstall in order for it to work again. I initially sent an email concerning this problem when the app first came out probably over 2 years ago, but this issue is still recurring.

Why can't you transfer money from your savings to your checking? When I try, it says "account frozen". I wish they would send a alert whenever activity is present on your account.Other then that it works just fine.

SO WRONG! You need access to the contents of my entire phone (photos,media,ability to delete from my SD card, etc) if I install this. I must relinquish nearly every bit of personal info I have to be able to bank online with you now? You should make your clients feel safe not vulnerable. I have been with you for over 20 years and this move is BS. It is amazing how quickly after I post my review and 1 star, the IT Mngr. Of Core Services and other employees immediatly get their 5 stars in! Nice teamwork.

Luckily I don't care much about my phone privacy. But that still is a bother from you. Secondly what happened to the data from my other account? No one called me and and permission to modify my data in such a way. I expect a phone call for major changes like this. One star until my privacy is returned and my other account is wiped out for sure.

I mostly just need to check my balances. Way too much security for simple need. The continue and cancel buttons too close together. Easy to push wrong one. Prefer old app.

Like another poster said, this app ask for too many permisson for a supposed banking, and half the time it showa a blank screen when it eventually connects
