Greater Tulsa Association of Realtors, GTAR, is offering their Tulsa MLS app in order for their members to access the NORES system. This app puts the entire MLS in the palm of every member's hands. This app was specifically designed to be used by real estate professionals in the Greater Tulsa area.
- Personalized, consumer versions of this Mobile MLS system are available through GTAR
- Interactive map searching. Utilizing the GPS location based technology in the iPhone platform you can easily find listings located around you or search by entering a specific location.

Does not narrow down results accurately by search criteria, leaves out many homes that should be included within search parameters, & not all photos show up on the app even if they come up on a laptop or PC.

Many times I am unable to get results when I put in an address. I have to just put street or house number to find the listing. I also don't like that I can't see pending sales.
