Has become increasingly unstable. Popup ads are distracting and take too much screen space. Ability to print games has worsened in past week. And ... editorial and sports writers are VERY liberal to the point we don't get balanced views. Even national & international news stories pulled from the AP newswire are cherrypicked to only include stories by the more liberal AP writers.
Does not compare with hard copy. Incomplete news,local and national. Not updated enough.I receive The Dallas Morning News,the New York Times,the Washington Post,and USA TODAY. I suggest the Dallas Morning News for comparison. The online edition is fairly complete with reference to the print edition. Using the Dallas paper as a model would GREATLY improve the quality of the World

Very Informative; great read, one day would like to, write my story, for publication.
How disappointing to discover this Oklahoma newspaper is as liberal as the New York Times. Canceled subscription and hoping someone there at the office realizes they are in a conservative area. But that won't happen, so I'm gone.

Keeps me in the loop about Tulsa news
News alerts are timely and generally include link to story with more detail. The littlest fender benders are not sent as "breaking news" like some of the other news outlet's apps in this market.
Keeps me informed on local, state, and national news
If you enjoy receiving daily football-related "breaking news" alerts, than this app is for you. No way for the user to specify which category of the alerts to receive. It's either all or nothing. Also, in addition to not having an option to remove ads with a purchase of a subscription, you'll be greeted with a full-screen add every time you launch the app.
The app is ok, but not great. It makes you swipe away a full page ad before EVERY . SINGLE . STORY. Not exceedingly well organized, nor easy to navigate.
It works for the local and state issues
Why in the world would you have to pay to read news stories? Another example how the state of Oklahoma rips off the public!!!
I find the app very useful. I'm out of the state for long periods of time so this allows me to stay informed about what's going on at home.

Horrible app for Android tablet. Thumbnails at bottom of screen no longer work. I used to use them to pick the page to jump to. Now I have no option other than using the side arrows to move from page to page. No way to skip sections I don't read. And it is way too sensitive to quickly open the page in the print edition mode. No longer allows me to choose the view I prefer in settings. Very frustrating app!! Update - It is now impossible to use this app to read the Tulsa World past page 6.
