Tulsa Yellow Cab
With the Tulsa Yellow Cab passenger app you can book a taxi for immediate pickup or book for a future time.
It is simple and easy to use:
- Start the app and enter a pickup location:
Type in an address
Click the location icon to use your current location
Click the marker icon to use the map to select your pickup location.
- Enter your destination address or location
- Select the number of passengers and enter any notes such as “side entrance”
When complete you will receive an estimated ETA and fare quote your convenience.
Please note that these are both estimates.
- Traffic and other conditions can affect the ETA of the taxi
- The Taximeter in the taxi will calculate the official fare
You will receive a text message when then call is dispatched.
While you are waiting, you can track your taxi in real time.
When the driver is at your location, you will receive a second text message letting you know your taxi is waiting outside.

Extremely difficult to get a cab wait times sometimes several hours. Uber Lift etc much less expensive and better overall experience!
Slow finding a driver & some will even refuse you once they arrive to pick you up if you have a small dog or anything like that regardless if the animal has excellent behavior. So disclose if you have an animal when ordering cab to avoid the potential frustration.
Didnt get a confirmation from booked trip nor did i get a quoted rate. Wouldnt allow prepay by credit card.
Recieved text confirming drivers name and arrival time in 10 min. Was there in 5 min. My driver Pam was friendly and courtious. When in need of taxi service this is my #1 choice. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
gets cabbie faster than trying to call for one.
Need to just go ahead n die out. Their swindlers n a ride to the casino for me n my girlfriend cost us about 12 dollars, w a 45 minute wait. Not unreasonable for a dying business, but it took 3 and a half hours for them to find us a ride home just to be lightweight extorted out of 20 dollar rate for their terrible customer service. Never will I ever rely on their service to get me anywhere on a decent time. Not wjill I recommend their service to anyone I associate with. Soooo just die

Love this app.
I used the app to order a cab and was called back 3 times asking me to cancel my cab and reorder. I'm guessing that because I'm in north tulsa they don't think they will get a tip, little do they know I just hit a $20,000 jackpot.
Crashes every time I use it.

I was punched in the face by one of their drivers. Then kicked out of the taxi. I am a 57 year old woman.
I really like the way the app looks, but you need to set up a way for us to do mobile payments by card or cash app or PayPal or something. That way we don't have to carry cash, and it is safer for your drivers to not have to carry cash.
