The Tulsa311 app can use GPS to identify your location and allows you to snap a photo to add to your service request. Service requests are automatically sent to the servicing department for resolution once you submit your request. No version number within the program output. No way to tell what version I have installed. I think 15.2.9 is supposed to be current, but no way of knowing.

Things are finally happening. The app feels better in regards to operating and completing a report in app is so much easier than calling 311. You hooked me. I am a weekly user of this app and really enjoy the ease of communication. update: Its too bad the city of Tulsa is equally as lazy in regards to notice via this form. My review of the app is 5 star my review of the useful and ease of reporting an issue is one star.

Tulsa taxpayers paid $2.5 million dollars to an overseas company for this app to do exactly what their website already did. Now your complaints can go unheard and unaddressed even faster without ever reaching a real person!
