Not even slightly kidding, I'm pretty sure this is the worst app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Tried replacing my SIM through this app. It opens the camera and tells me to scan the new SIM barcode but for whatever reason, it just keeps scanning successfully, be it my floor, my table, my sofa, my hands. So, ok I'll use the LIVE chat. Well, it's not live, you'll have to go through a series of bot questions, you can't attach anything it requires, it keeps on restarting the chat. And run o

Give you 3 star for now. Actually it really good to upgrade you new app. But, please considering about the unlimited data. It show us that, we still have 8days before expired, but it totally slow, TOTALLY SLOW. The old version is much better. Even it slow, but it show us how much data we been use, even it run of data it okay, at least we know. Upgrade the app, and make it easier to use. Thank you in advance

Very lag. Always unresponsive. Line always lag. Very bad experience with this telco. For sure this will be the last time to use TuneTalk. Shameful service

It was very good and easy to renew the hotspot data before. But suddenly I found that it can't be renew anymore. I always use hotspot when in my online class but this thing give me a hard time. I hope tunetalk will give that renew hotspot again.

This wifi data is horrible. There is no customer service and I can't call the customer service it's saying cannot call the number. I literally hate this app. And tunetalk advertise more than other data apps. This is the worst one so far. AND ALSO HORRIBLE SERVICE. DONT USE THIS APP IN YOUR LIFE ITS ALL A SCAM.

Horrible and sneaky in taking money, always having technical problems and the default is they fix all plans with auto renewals without notifying so you'll see your money disappear if you're not careful

The free 1GB is no longer in data plan as it was unlike other telcos are still offering it this is very disappointing as the free 1GB is only for stayhome during pandermic which is still ongoing i hope tunetalk can bring this 1GB back as it was worth it

The internet keep getting worse EVERYDAY.....I need to go on online class,but every single morning the internet keep making problem,and if it raining the internet will lost connection...the old version is better🙄,even it is on basic data it still working.....I hope you guys fix it....I really appreciate if you fix it...PLEASE FIX IT T~T

The app is pure rubbish! My jaringan prihatin package is gone because of your bloody technical issue! Now this issue is still pending for more than 2 hours! I need internet data to work!

Loading was so slow :) .. It kept showing 'failed to retrieve your account'. And it doesn't matter how fast the data (hotspot) it still slow. To be honest, the old ones were better than the latest update. I'm not the type to write a review but this app really be making me frustrating by time to time especially if I what to buy plans .. SO PLEASE FIXED THIS APP ASAP

I gave 5 star before this. Years ago actually. But now 1 star because I want to open the app like usual but then it tells me to re-login. I gave my number but it stated that the number is invalid. This is so unbelievable because I've used this number for years and this happens? Please fix this problem or I will change to others.

Please fix the problem as soon as possible, I'm a student and this problem give me a lot of trouble to subscribe a new data especially hospot, it's always say that my BH5 it's not active. The connection is also worst, new update give us a lot of Problem. Gonna change to another telco if this issues are not going to fix or Ignored. Retun back the old TuneTalk especially the things for us to see the kouta we have used. Thank you

Latest update on UI downgraded instead of improving. Too many nonsense ads, features, transition & graphic. I need a quick look to my status on Top whenever internet exhausted unknowingly. Had your developer team think of how user can purchase data booster if we not even able to access into the app, it's keep loading. I'm a layman also can think about it. APP eveloper Stupid isn't?

I've top up rm30 and subscribe for M6 for a month subscription which is rm28 but now my plan isn't active and it says needed to top up again to active but then after top up it still not active..The data internet isn't available for me. It's a very awful experience after the update..My point also staying the same after i subscribe..Please fix it ASAP

Rubbish app.... SIM card activation, bar code can't scan. Go to live chat, wow new version, computer generated... Want to find live agent also cannot! Previously find live agent so easy, now the live chat is useless! Confirm tunetalk want to earn money by asking customer to call the customer service... Ended up chatting with tunetalk messenger haha then they helped to activate my SIM card. And btw the productivity 1gb can't be used Dy... Not sure why they don't just remove it... (Zzz...)

i have some suggestions. why not since you make unlimited data. data for hotspot also, you can make it unlimited. i always have online classes and when connected hotspot to my laptop. the data for hotspot also became low and when the hotspot is already been used. i cannot use hotspot anymore. edit: why my self-care acc is log out all of a sudden? i can't see how my balance in my acc rn D:

At first it's was a good app but after the update i can't even get otp for log in.... I try to resend otp but still nothing... And i try it like 10 times already... Please fix this.. I don't want a better user experience!!!!.. The old version is better than the new one...

Very bad. I just want to do sim replacement. But the moment i open the camera to scan bar code not ready yet scan the step already done to another phase. Then verified NRIC also same. Then how can i can do sim replacement?

Idk whats wrong with tunetalk. This app doesnt even deserve any stars. What do you mean i have to register my sim? And when i try to log in using my mobile number i dont even receive the otp number. How do i top up? Im pissed off right now. Fix it asap or i change my telco.

Its required alot of data to open the apps. So i cannot reload or buy a new plan. Plus jaringan prihatin cant be accessed anymore even my expired date to using it will be in August

Old vision much better. can see total gb in use. Actually no unlimited data just for marketing strategy only. U lie, that's why i give 1 star. Sorry & gd bye.

I like the older version more which I can see how much data I have used. This newer version is not helpful at all. Older version is more user friendly. You should do survey to real user and get feedbacks if you want to update the app or at least read this review and reflect. App is slow to load and everyday data is slow too. So troublesome

As of 29/01/22; my only complaint that whenever my plan was reverted to basic internet due to insufficient credit to renew my subscribed plan-the app will take forever to load (stuck for minutes on the ever so cringy "your future beyond tomorrow"-splash screen) and crashes everytime I tried to check my available subscription. Seems TuneTalk getting stingy on data even on their own app!!! SMH 🤦‍♂️ 1-star is what y'all deserved for this..

The old tunetalk app is better than the latest. In addition, the old Tunetalk app is easier to deal with tunetalk operators. This latest update makes it difficult to report tunetalk network problems in my area. After tunetalk upgraded, tunetalk network in my area is slow and severe.

Old vision is bad, but the latest vision more worst. Run thing like tortoise，renewing data like snail. Don't know why everymonth delay renewing my data. Before renewing my data everything lost in the app, I tried to log out and log in but still error. I spent money to buy this kind of sxxxits. After this one year plan, I probably will cut off this tune talk line, no more use tune talk. 200ringgit 1year=120gb-200ringit. Other line got 35ringgit unlimited data. Damn tune talk

I like the old version of it, instead the new version. Because the new version had so many issues , Loading and subscription failed and yet how can user can go in this app? Didn't it load so long? Ah yes, if you guys can fix the problem I appreciate it.
