TunerView for Android

Yesterday I wrote a 3 star review on this app due to Bluetooth connection issues. However that was my mistake and realized it wasn’t an issue with the tunerview but something else (to anyone having Bluetooth connection issues, it’s probably not the app). Now that the issue has been resolved I can say I love this app. It’s a cool feature for my car and works well with my Ktuner. I really enjoy using it (even as a beginning car enthusiast). If you have Ktuner V1.2 I would recommend this app (or any tuner that is compatible with it)

App runs well and connects to my cheap android phone flawlessly. My only quam is that the gear readout does not go past 5th. It would be awesome to see an update that matches up with the higher "gears" in the cvt's (yes I realize it's just a # assigned to a particular pulley ratio, duh). Otherwise I'm thuroughly enjoying the digital dash.

My PC and connection was the issue before, but what's this issue now is that if you name the 5 slots for the tunes, they are not titled afterwards. Making but difficult to choose

Connects immediately to the phone when plugged in. Opens immediately when I start my car as I have my head unit directly plugged into ECU via USB. I have a Nismotronic board. I was having a freezing issue anytime I would give my car more than 70% throttle according to the TPS sensor. When it froze I could not reopen it unless I turned the car completely off then back on. Force closing the app did not help. I had to turn the car off. Other than THAT it's excellent.

On my second car using ktuner and this supporting app for live viewing and have had 0 issues with the app thus far. Good stuff

The app doesn't work without accepting all the permissions meanwhile description says it may ask for them; It doesn't say that they are require to run the app. The app wont load if you dont accept them all. Why the app needs access to my contact or access files on my storage device? Why does it needs taccess to record video or audio? I only need to look at the settings on my ECU. App name is tuner view. I just want to see my ECU data. Please update app, since I already pay for the firmware.

Worked for all of 2 seconds other than that it won't connect it keeps disconnecting when it disconnect or it'll say it's connected when it's not I have lots of experience using these types of apps and platforms I don't know where this one's falling apart but it would have been nice to use on that note I do kind of need my money back

I have a galaxy tablet. It'll connect right away. But disconnect when i start to drive. Reconnecting is the issue. Love the layouts and the way it looks on my tablet and on my dash ;) I tried just connecting the tablet directly to the 1.2v instead of using bluetooth. But couldn't connect. Samsung T567V model

Hi, the app does not work at all. I could connect my S10+ to my Honda accord 2020 via Bluetooth and Android auto app, music, maps,... work fine. I also tried direct USB connection but it did not work either. I paid $6.99 for Honda tuner and would like to get help to make this app working, in particular, I want to be able to display turbo boost gauge. Thanks.

Great app. I have a 97 ek4 civic with a b16a running HTS on a p30 ecu (Honda tuning suite) and it runs perfectly. Has all the live info I need and its very responsive. It has a ton of skins to choose from and hopefully they keep making more, even has a quater mile skin that is pretty accurate. If you are running ecu software that this supports I definitely recommend getting it.

Great app and front end for the KTuner. Question to dev: is there an area to provide feedback for the skins? The updated ones are great, but would prefer if the analog dials highlights the whole dial so it's more noticeable using peripheral view. Thanks for the awesome app!

Great overall. I would love more customization within the layouts, such as being able to hide the gear number. It would be great to see the developer open this area to the public, so we would contribute to an app addon for layouts.

Pin is K-tuner serial # (was on my device). Developer responded immediately! Able to log a TON of parameters w great view options. Especially after loading the data log. Bluetooth connected to my K-tuner 1.2 (the one without a screen)

The only digital dash to go with if running ktuner, cant wait to try it out with hts on my latest build. Fast response from customer support any time I've had an issue, they always figure out the problem. Thank you!

support helped me solve an issue and this app is easier to analyze datalogs with a pivottable interface. gauge function is seamless just make sure your phone has the processing power to support the video capability.

I take back my previous review, the protocol with chrome was terrible, but now working on ectune it's working really fast and responsive. Would wish there was a bit more data but still, good enough for me, now im even planing on using a oil pressure sender sensor so i can log oil pressure and maybe have brake line pressure data.

Great app, I've had it for about 4 months now for my Honda/Ktuner. Does pretty much everything except Graph View keeps crashing the app. Playback works, chart view works, but not Graph View. Any way to look into this? Also I noticed your developer is Hungarian/in Hungary which is really awesome cause I'm Hungarian too from my grandma's side (Liszka) 👍

Connectings a bit a problem sometimes, but that could be my phone or the bluetooth module? Still 5 stars anyways🖒 Also wont datalog to my phone, saying every file is too small to open? But again i think it may be a phone/app permission problem.

Downloaded the app. Paid for chrome. Can't connect to the ecu. App just shows gauges with all zeros. No options menus or ability to do anything besides change warning limits.

Have had no issues with it for honda tuning suite. Only issue i had was for my 02 reading it was showing in volts. I finally looked at the manual and figured out i had to set up custom wide band

Great customer service! Also great app! PS: to change the different parameters of the gauges, push and hold down the gauge and it will give you that option

This app is awesome! Great alternative to $$$ digital dashboard systems and it runs super fast and smooth! Very impressed and recommend 100%!!

Please tell me why you would need access to my contacts? What does datalogging have to do with people I know? I am a developer as well and I am very curious as to why you would ask to read my contacts. Is this one of those apps that starts spamming your contacts with links? Sadly, I don't want to take any chances so I won't even try it. Uninstalled it immediately.

Why on earth would you need my phone contacts to tune my car? Shady. Especially since the app won't run at all without all permissions being granted. Why do you need photos, video, microphone, contacts, etc? Planning to secretly send videos of me driving to all of my friends? This seems nuts.
