This app appears to have substantial issues. I have to disconnect/reconnect multiple times in order to establish a secure connection, and it never lasts. I'm required to use it for work, and my mobile device is essentially useless as a result.
Another terrible app from MobileIron! This one constantly times out and freezes my standby connection, causing my phone to not receive any alerts of emails, messages, etc. Only resolved by disconnecting via this app. How this company is in business is beyond me. Total amateurs than can't even make the simplist of apps reliably perform their basic function. 👉💩
It was so much time consuming to finally make it work. Couldn't be synchronized with mobile@work and also crashed during the process. It needs improvement
Really bad! Disconnection problem has no improvement in 2 years! Everyday need to disable/enable work profile + force check in to rebuild connection with only 50% success rate. Even connected in the morning, it fails after lunch, saying Cert Alias Missing and Sentry cert is provided. How come such a big company delivers such bad quality app to enterprise customers!
MobileIron Tunnel is worst business app in the world. This thing works when it want to. Drains the battery so fast I cant even make it through the day. The software engineers really need to put a lot of work into this app.
It wouldn't allow me to connect to work sites and it completely shut my device down and makes it power cycle. I never had a problem except for with this app.
Times out constantly and can't get Outlook to refresh. Today I can't establish a VPN connection, the absolute worst!
Doesn't work refuses to connect. Since it won't connect every time it's installed on my phone it completely blocks my data until I uninstall it. Then it reinstalls itself. Fix y'all's app
worst enterprise app ever used. never easy to use this for seemless access of my office mail. specially not getting configured on Mi devices itself. Not sure why cmpys going for such weird apps.

The app does not work on Pixel 4a 5G. It keeps complaining about VPN Server Certificate pinning failed. Is this app compatible with Android 11?

Horribly buggy, but forced to use it for work.
Pretty terrible. It's supposed to allow me to connect to my company's intranet sites, but often times it prevents me from accessing anything period. Intranet or otherwise... Despite it saying the session is connected. Toggling "Tunnel" does nothing. I have to reboot my phone in order to make it useable again.
