TunnelBear VPN

I've used this VPN for months, a few days ago I renewed my subscription and have been locked out since then. I'm briefly signed in and immediately the screen switches to "free" status and with 0 data. I have deleted, reinstalled and there's no app permission request so I can't allow permission. I'm no tech and "help" has yielded no actual assistance, it suggests allowing the app in permissions. Pretty annoying, I'm sure there's a fix though, help me out and I'll put my rating back to 5 stars.

I paid for unlimited for two devices for the year. And now the app has got me on the free version and is telling me to upgrade. You charged me for a service that I can't use. Extremely disappointed I've had this VPN for at least two years now and this is the first time I've had a problem. Please resolve I have a useless subscription till 2023.

It worked fine for a few weeks, but now the Splitbear function stopped showing all available apps, so I can't exclude unnecessary, data-hungry apps from the VPN, so it chewed right through my allotted data in a single morning. Their support have ignored my email for a week now.

Many sites now seem to recognise the VPN and don't work. Also the cancel option is not where they say it is when you go to help section. Once was good, now never use it and can't seem to cancel.

I've been using this app since my Galaxy Note 8, and it's my go to VPN solution for both Android, and now also for my windows PC. It's light on system resources and is easy to use. Great app!

TunnelBear Chromebook (Android) app won't "connect" (tries forever). TunnelBear Chrome Web Extension does connect but only allows connections to countries, not cities within countries (specifically US)

My app is not even opening properly now. And I have been using it for the last 4 years. Useless to pay subscription when the app is not working for a week now.

I love it, only problem is sometimes it just disconnects but I just sign in and out and it is fixed. But over all a great vpn!

Worked twice, now it won't connect anymore to any server. Like every other "free" VPN, this is the way you try to force users to buy subscription?

no ad's overall a great app, only issue is occasionally i have to clear the cache because it won't connect, once done though it connects without issue

Disconnected after a few seconds of connection. Had clear cache and even reinstalled but issue still reoccurring.

No issues. It's my go to VPN easy & quick to use. I have it on my phone & pc as well.

Just easy. I tried a few other vpns and they just wanted to make me work too hard. Sorry. Tunnel Bear is one and done. Thank you!

Nice & free VPN service but won't work with DNS enabled. Other VPN would work though.

Easy to set up, no perceptible slowdown in speeds for my uses. (Browsing, streaming music and videos, but am not a gamer, so can't offer opinion there.) On rare occasions will interfere with use of a web site or app and I have to disable it temporarily-- eg, editing Wikipedia or some but not all functions of Google Earth-- but that's only a minor inconvenience and not a deal-breaker. Have recommended it to friends and would do so again.

The password reset function for this service does not work. The most basic function of a log in credential service does not work.

Won't work, the app doesn't request VPN permission, so I can't give one, so it's not working.

The app is pretty easy to use. Just turn it on, wait a few seconds and it's up and running. There are times it would refuse to turn off on its own, but these instances are few and far between. My favourite thing about the TunnelBear is its words; you just gotta love the copywriter behind it. Care to link up? I'd love to learn from Bear's teacher! *wink*

I'm gonna rate this at 5stars because everytime I used this theres no problem and it's really work, more service to come!!!

SplitBear just shows system app, not all app. I can't select my owns app

This app worked great two Months ago, now in my realme phone never connected again, i will cancel the plan

Don't know what is wrong i have been trying to connect my tunnel bear, but is not connecting

Verification procedure fails each time, clicking resend email results in nothing

After an hour of disappointment this vpn was the best. It allowed me to try it to the country I wanted to test without giving payment details, it connected to the correct country and the worked... however it was horribly slow to the point of unusable. There was no clarification if speed would improve with upgraded plan just data so sorry, I won't be purchasing this. I just need something that works as clean as the windows one on my pc that I pay for.

Since have been using TunnelBear vpn everything works perfectly. Five star for me anyday.
