Turbo Fax: send fax from phone

This app is a Life Saver! Especially when you don't have access to a fax machine & have important, time sensitive forms or letters that have to get where they're going without delay or possibly getting lost on the way. The pricing is Very reasonable! Literally cost me less than 2% of what it would have to send a fax from anywhere else. I Highly Recommend This App & Sincerely Thank the Creators of it!

My experience with the app has been great! Been using it since 2018.. maybe even before. There free faxes to a certain amount. Then you can pay for pages in different amount. Payment is easy - one click authorization. I like that it's easy to resend when faxes are busy. You can store previous faxes in app, or clear the history. There is an option for a cover letter as well. Great user friendly app!

The free fax page offered failed to go through. I ended up buying the 2 pages and sent a single page. Went to send another and realized that I have no credits. The app failed to send my free fax page and then charged me twice to send 1 page. So in total I was charges 3 credits to send 1 page. There are plenty of other fax apps. I sent an email to support, let's see how they respond. It not just the $2 they charged, I didnt get what I paid for. Thousands of others will be forced to keep buying credits that they are unable to use.

Best fax app! It allows you to use the camera flash automatically which is absolutely necessary when in low lighting. Every paper faxed becomes a crisp white no matter what the lighting thanks to this feature. Also, it AUTOMATICALLY edits the photo taken of the document being faxed so that is one less step the user must make. Eliminating the need of the user to crop the photo is a time saver when in a rush. It saves the faxes sent so you can check the status of the fax in the future. Love it!

Sent an 8 page fax, yes you have to purchase pages (after the first free page) and I am glad to so I can support the app developers. It saved me a car trip to a kinkos or ups store. The pages are made to look very professional and the app was great to use. I definitely will use it again. A heads up is I paid a package of 15 pages for 6.95 to send 8 pages. I don't mind at all. The pages took about 6 to 7 minutes to send but the receiver got them in good shape/clarity. Thank you for this app!

It says you get one free page, that is a cover sheet that I don't even need, and I can't delete the cover page. I only need to send two pages and it's asking me to pay for both pages. Also, I have to re scan the document I can't use the scanned document already in my files. Even though it says import, I cannot get to it to send. I am deleting the app.

Worth the $ and easy to use! I really didn't want to pay to send faxes, but after using it, it has been well worth it. I bought a pack of 5 faxes, not thinking that I would use them all in this day and age, but have ended up using 3 already. So much easier than snail mail, or even scanning in and attaching to email. Best part is that it clearly lets you know that the fax has been delivered and keeps a clear, easy to read list of faxes you have sent. Super user friendly. Samsung Note 8 user.

I attempted two other apps before this one and none of them would function even though they had very high ratings. I downloaded this app and not only was it simple and easy to use it worked glitch free. I was extremely pleased since I had an important fax to send from a remote area.

I needed to send a quick fax and I found this app, worked exactly as described, It takes a pic of document that youbcan adjust the quality, size etc. billing options are also easy, it can bill to your phone carrier or you can use paypal if you don't want to put your credit card info. Fax was sent within seconds. It cannot recieve faxes only to send..I will use it again. I do recommend..

Superb program. So easy to use to fax from anywhere. Pages are inexpensive to send without the inconvenience of having to leave your home and go to a Staples, Office Depot, etc. App works flawlessly everytime and sends the pages quickly. No need to buy a fax machine as long as you have your phone!

I don't send a lot of faxes so a subscription based service was more than I need but the pay as you go model is exactly what I was looking for! The pricing is comparable with what I would pay to send from a local copy shop but I can do it from literally anywhere. I called to verify that my fax went through and it was received with no problem. Highly recommend!

So far Bad experience. No instructions to avoid errors. No way to stop fax for correction once started. Picture quality is terrible. I'm being charged for the cover page when its supposed to be free. I thought this was a win after hours of comparing apps but alas, not the case Calling my bank for stop payment because I purchased a number thinking I found a great app. :(

UPDATE: I had posted a question about what happens to the extra pages I paid for but didnt use and I just found the answer. Remaining pages show how many in the upper left hand corner of the fax page. In my case I have 12 pages remaining that never expire. Now I really love this easy to use, reasonably priced app. My 30 pages were only .29 cents a page and I never even left my house to send the fax.

It is awesome!! Really easy too. The only thing I would add is the ability to indicate selected pages of the document. I had a file that was 5 pages but I only needed to fax two of the pages which would have saved me some money. If the app has that option I could not figure it out

The first time i tried this, is kept saying to use Google Play, but it would not let me. Kept giving an error message. I found out that I was not logged in with my usual email, so it just rejected everything. Once I realized this, it was smooth sailing. I wish we could get a reply from the fax that it was received. At least the app says if it was delivered, so I will see. Thank you for this app. :)

This is the only app I have ever used for faxing, so I have nothing to compare it to. But, the 2 fax documents that I have sent have transferred over fine. it beats a trip to Kinkos. it does automatically resend if there is an issue on the other side.

faxes have gone through, lets me know exactly what I need to pay before sending, easy to add pages. My go to app for faxing, which I've been doing several times a week for over a month. Update. 3-31-20. Still using and loving this app! I've found it easier and cheaper to buy faxes as a larger bundle than the 3 or so pages I was doing previously. Tells me how many pages I have left to use at a glance.

In my profession, traveling across the US building renewable energy solar farms, finding a faxing service is much like finding a needle in a haystack. Turbo Fax has proven to be my ray of sunshine as well as a life saver. I rarely have time to find a decent place to eat so I can't express enough how valuable Turbo Fax has been to me. Thank you. I downloaded this as a way to help me send a fax from time to time. The first free fax said it was delivered, but the receiver never received the fax. So I double, and triple, checked to make sure I entered the right fax number. Everything was correct but still never sent even though the app stated it had. I would not recommend this app.

After having a landline with faxing capabilities for so long this Turbo fax is great. I no longer need to go to a place to fax my documents. Very easy to use.

Easy to use , quick fax , when your in a pinch from your phone, however it does require that you purchase credits to make your fax . It cost $1.65 for two pages that is your cover page and one page document kinda spendy I think it could be more useful if it gave you like 10 credits to start and then bundle prices there after

I've only used this app a few times, but I've had success each time I've used it. The only thing is that I would like to be able to choose the exact number of items I fax, rather than choose from the options. For example, I just wanted to fax 3 forms, but the option closest to that was either 2 or 5.

Faxes send quickly and accurately. This app saves me the trouble of going to an office supply store to send an antiquated fax... Can't believe people still use this method instead of snapping a pic and messaging or emailing it. Nonetheless, this app works!

This app has made life and work so much easier. While not many businesses use fax, many federal agencies and state governments still do. Thanks to TurboFax, I can send them documents straight from my phone.

I used it a single time and it was very simple/Intuitive/clean. The first page was free so I didn't have to deal with the price (that others noted). It was much easier than another one that I tried (and gave up on).

I just downloaded this app and I agree with the others, extremely easy to use. The first page was/is indeed free. Nice to know that for those of us w/o land lines, we have an option and can now use an app to fax our important items via our phones. Thank you TurboFax! Keep up the good work.

Did not like this app at all. It's says sending fax and when it's done the pages I sent were cleared. Everything that I type in all 13 pages was earsed can't tell if it was sent like that or with my information I imputed on there original. It did it to me twice 13pgs the first time 12pgs the second time all blank both time I want a full refund but no where to ask for customer services. Wouldn't download this app. Waste of money and time.

I've been using Turbo Fax for about two years now. I find that their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent; never ever had a problem. I would highly recommend them. Now, I'm still trying to figure out why people use faxes when we have email; still working on that one.

Awful. If it is important, do not use this app. I had to send a very important fax, about a job, that had a deadline. Downloaded because I could not find a fax close enough. It didn't work. I sent an email for help and was replied to very quickly, within minutes. I did what I was told, it charged my account, fax still not sent. I emailed back. No reply, even though Matt told me to let him know. Lost out. Thanks a lot Turbo Fax. I will be uninstalling as soon as this posts.
