Doesn't work. it just keeps reading "busy" when both chargers are available. Even when I try to bar code scan I get an error. Even their YouTube video is off line.
Asks for a pin number, charging station does not have one. Station has a qr code, but app does not give the option to scan it. So charging is impossible.
Garbage. Says busy even when not.

Not a complaint about the app so much as the charging service. They do a flat rate that is more expensive than anywhere else. You have to do a five minute call to turn it on. Worst of all, they can terminate the charge before it's complete. I am completely dissatisfied with this. Now I am forced to make another stop before I can finish driving home. Negative stars
These are installed at my condo. Requires personal code provided by the administrator of each Turbodock site. I charge my car everyday. The only issue I had was people unplugging my car to see if it will work to charge their car. When that happens, your personal pin needs to be entered through the turbo dock app to reactivate the charging. This no longer happens, because I activated the locking mechanism which holds the plug in my car so that it cannot be removed while charging. It's a very good system.
Seems it does not work on Android Pie. I cannot connect to a charging station. It continuously displays "Bluetooth Connection Lost". Other people with iPhones and other Android versions can connect to the same station just fine. Seems Android Pie on Pixel 2 XL is broken.

It's not working
Don't waste your time, there's no way to activate the charger. On laumch, the app shows a list of chargers, with no way to indicate which entry in the app corresponds to the charger you are trying to use. If you select one at random, the app prompts for a 4 digit PIN. There is NO PIN on the unit. The 2D barcode on the unit directs you to a website that throws a 404 error. What a waste of effort.
