stupid app. after u enter all credit card information, it tells you there are no seats. try a few times, same everytime.

the app keeps crashing, even when not in use it will prompt that app is not responding. needs update badly

no response, non user friendly, need to book tix one by one and confusing

Can't book tickets successfully, what is the point of doing a half arsed app. Spend some money to get it fixed

not able to order ticket...isnt it useless? and weird that not able to get 2 tickets at same time .... will i go Macau alone...this is bad marketing!

The app is not responding at all after the upgrade, the old one was way better

Still the same crap! The font size is still toooooo smalllll must be the smallest ever. Its so small i cant read to give a review oh and there is still a "handling charge" Im the one handling not YOU! My phone my printer my time what utter crap

A. why cannot I buy children priced tickets? I can when I go to the counter in shuntak. You end up paying more. B. Suggest a final confirmation page before going to payment so that the user can see the entire order before credit card payment. I have made mistakes before and cannot refund the tickets.

Please just amend the app, it should be able to update promotion through data connection, but not update the app every other week

The printout QR code was the wrong date of my booking confirmation. If it wasn't for the e-mail notification, it would have been irrideemable.

Asks you to login several times for each booking. Payment fails when credit card security pass is asked.

I will review when they increase the font size.
