Does all you need from airline app
Pretty useless for business travellers. Slow to load and navigate (tells me connection is timed out all the time) and not possible to add bookings made via travel agent. When trying to add a booking it says it's not possible to change this booking on mobile but I only want to see the booking and be able to check in.
I dont know whats wrong with an airline which pays millions for a Batman add(by the way probably without any market research because thy's target customers are not interested in this genre. The app is a rubbish. You can choose even the air temperature settings as f or c but cant choose $ or € for payment. I can only see turkish lira. User interface is terrible and lots of irregularities. I have an analysis of 1 A4
Absolutely waste of time. Flight prices are different on the app. You cant book flights on app(gives an error). If you try to book it on full website, prices are completely different. Customer service was very poor when i phoned to Manchester Airporg bookings office. Bad experience before i even started.
Zero stars, for a company that does not let you check-in through your mobile as every other company does and they require you to install their mediocre app while you are in a hurry to catch your flight... total waste of time, effort and mobile data.
Very much useless app. I cannot load my future tickets for easy checkin. I have to enter it all the time. Has anyone eve tried to copy reservation number from eticket? It is a link! But i need to copy that text to enter it to this app! To me it looks like an app to increase sales of their products, but absolutely useless fo traveller.
TA is the worst airline ever. They have given me the the wrong information for the past two months and now I'm going to lose my flights. The cysteine services are rude. There is no way of getting help apart from sending an email. Then I get pathetic responses from people who don't give a damn quoting me the ticket policy and today I find out I am able to change my ticket destination and should have been able to do that but for the past 8 weeks they have been telling me they can't! I already paid once to delay my flights! If I had the correct information back then I would have changed destinations then! TA have caused me do much stress and worry and delay and cost me money! The staff are so rude and detached and just didn't care! I we not offered any help even once! I said I Ann willing to pay to change my flight destination but they kept saying no for 8 weeks and the day before travel they tell me yes I could have! I didn't get my visa for India which is why I can't travel but I should have been able to change my destination way back then!! Shame on you all!! Rubbish! Pathetic customer services! Zero help or flexibility! They gave me incorrect ticket rules for 8 weeks! A total of ten people told me the incorrect information!! But today 4 different people confirmed yes I can change my destination but my flight is tomorrow and I refuse to pay more!
Messages appear in small letter & disappear immediately. I wanted to check my miles status but have forgotten the pin. There is no way to get a new one. They just blocked my membership after two bad password tries. Tried the support button - does not work either. What's the point of this app?
Great airline, awful app. Can't properly check-in, managed to check-in (after several attempts) and I can only see the boarding pass for the first of 2 connected flights. The first one says "Boarding pass not available". I seriously can't understand how "Best Airline In Europe" spent so little developing an app that's at least 8 years old.
What's the point to have a phone application if you can't download your booking/ticket details and boarding passes and use them offline since you will be in transit in Turkey and the free wi-fi service offered is just a dream? Even you log in as frequent flyer is impossible to have your ticket details and the app is always asking you flight or boarding details that you have to remember or write... Is a booring app, useful just to loose time on phone.
Can not look up reservation. Says "There is no airport matching the criteria you have entered."
Poor airline app. No personal login, doesn't allow non Turkish card, doesn't show gates on flight status, difficult to manage
My boarding pass disappeared from the app after I checked in. Awful application you can't see your trips....
I can't even locate my booking in the mobile version, only on desktop. Which defeats the purpose of having an app. Please fix your bugs as the app is mostly useless at this point. Thanks.
Just booked flight using the app. It somehow changed departure time and now i have pay a penalty to change flight time. Not happy at all. In general the app is not user friendly.
Terrible app, as many users below, my boarding pass disappeared just after I crossed the gate. I strongly recommend you don't use this app.
I just wanted to have mobile boarding pass. That's all but imposible. If you trust this app for last minute, you screwed up.
Not happy that I cannot open boarding pass when offline. Defeats the purpose of using the App.
No multiple city function. Meaning one can only book one way or return . Sad really.
This is the shittiest airline company ever. Dont bother trying checking in online. Turkey is 1000 years backwards in all aspects.
The app should remember the mobile boarding pass upon app restart. Currently it does not, which can leave you without a boarding pass at the gate. A workaround is to take a screenshot once you see your boarding pass.
Pretty useless if your ticket is purchased via travel agent. Can't load your booking (with a very brief flash message saying something about group tickets) either with PNR or eTicket #.
Their website doesn't work with android either. Reported several times, nobody cares, shame for them.
Doesn't work, servers are broken. Same as the website. Utter trash.
