The games can be clunky at times, they lag or freeze and the network times out a lot. When the games do work, they can be quite enjoyable.

App gets restarted or crashes and you have the option to either go home or reload the page which most times you cannot reload. Crashes happen every couple of minutes extremely annoying.

This app is horrible! It loses connection so much and you have no choice but to go back to the loby. I cant even connect my TS card to it. I would love to enjoy this app but it doesnt seethe servers are built to withstand the amount of gameplay possibly?

Deserves NEGATIVE stars! Like their site, you'll likely spend more time reloading it than playing; the games time out or games, your account, the server, etc. become unavailable. This tends to happens in the middle of a bonus or big win & you often lose those chips - their reps claim you don't, but YOU DO! I even sent screen shots to prove this & after many emails they'd only reimburse a 20th of what they took from me! Chips are VERY overpriced & wins are low. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! :(

So far T.S.C. has really grown into a nice Casino with all the latest games and graphics are top notch only I feel like big wins are hard to come by but all in all I love it.

losses internet connection alot and while you are in a bonus, then you dont get the awards. Very hard to even get bonuses. Needs to upgrade and put more games on the website às well.
