App has a lot of difficulties connecting. Usually takes 4 to 6 attempts, opening and closing. System itself and support is great. It is the app that does not work.

App has periodic problems but is alright. However, since downloading, my battery has been draining at least twice as fast, had to put the app to sleep

Fantastic service, great quality, very happy. Way better than Vivint who we have been with since 2014 and never saw a price reduction for loyalty. Turnip is way better value and better customer service by far.

Frustrating
App is very stressful. Won't connect to dashboard no matter what we do. I keep getting promted to install the update but it never installs even when I free up space. Frustrating when you have your baby in one hand, groceries in the other and have to run to the living room to disarm because there's no outlet in our entrance, plus it's winter.. it's not our internet either because we're paying a lot for the best one and nothing else has issues. I really hope you guys can fix this.
