Don't use this company! It's something between a fraud and incapability. Booked with Vrmo and than they routed to Turnkey. Both companies don't have a functional customer service and I spent more than 2 days back and forth between them. Ended up loosing money and now will working on filing charges. Be carful.
Suddenly stopped working on my android phone. No updated version.
I went from an all 5-star self-managed property to every single client that has stayed at the house having had a bad experience because of turnkey. Use anyone but them. They have nothing but excuses, your guests will not be able to reach them 24/7 like they claim. You won't even be able to reach them 24/7. They will say whatever they have to do to get your business and then drop you. And when you lose money due to their incompetence they still keep their share.
The app launches, but the embedded web view never loads.
What is written & said they go about to be helpful and flexible is INCORRECT!!
This app is not working in Andriod v10.

Guys cancelled my reservation after taking my money and giving me a access code and everything they cancel my reservation after I've told my family about it my friends and everything for a very good Thanksgiving dinner they cancel worst ever I will never deal with these guys ever again anytime you see TurnKey do not use them just stick to home away
Made reservation. Paid for reservation. Cancelled reservation from other vendor and then Turnkey cancelled my reservation 90 minutes after confirming. They couldn't be bothered to make it right. Awful.
Uploaded photos of every room by your housekeeping crew after every cleaning has been amazing for my family. Always fantastic to see revenue going up compared to our previous company, but more importantly that our nest egg is in good care.

The app worked well until I upgraded to Android 9, after that I can't launch it
As a homeowner with a property managed by Turnkey, I can attest that our experiences with the company have been outstanding. Staff have been reasonably available when we needed them, and we have numerous guest reviews indicating that they, also, have received excellent service when needed. This is an industry where one cannot necessarily always please everyone all the time, but Turnkey certainly makes that effort.
