TurnoverBnB Cleaner App

I'm very new to the app. But I really enjoy the features that are setup. I will be working as a cleaner and communication is seamless with both clients on the app and customer service. Mary has been exceptionally great at answering my many questions. I'm hoping to also be an Airbnb renter in the future so this to would be a great app to use to schedule cleanings.

Normally great but EVERYday it has been constantly signing out. Still having thus issue, missing out on bids and messages. I have 2 phones the app is on and it's not working on either!!! This is a big inconvenience. ESPECIALLY WHEN HOW FAST WE RESPOND TO MESSAGES IS LINKED DIRECTLY TO GETTING NEW CUSTOMERS 🙄

Need some work. But it's a great idea. I'm the cleaner and use it with an already established client so I don't have to do bids. The app crashes when I try to use the camera through the app to complete a checklist. Please add an upload feature the the required photos checklist are if you can.

Turnover bnb is my go-to app for finding customers and scheduling along with taskbird for employees. Don't forget Ari is amazing amongst others, assisting me with all my matters. I love this app!

Not as good as it should be sadly. sends reminders via phone (at 2am) and email and no option to turn these off. Very annoying. Also can't accept a rejected offer no matter WHAT you do... there's gotta be something better out there..And why are my payments showing in dollars when it's £'s on website? Seems a few glitches.

The app is not functional. I missed a job today. Did not receive an alert about being reached out to for cleaning.

I've run my cleaning business for a few years and this all has allowed me to keep the essential parts running smoothly and more efficiently. It's allowed me to grow even more in the past year. Love TurnoverBNB! :)

This platform is degrading to Cleaning Businesses. Having to lowball prices hoping to win a bid. While the amount of jobs is ESTIMATED, the rate has to be set in stone. The checklists are extensive, basically a deep cleaning and more, for less than the price for a maintenance cleaning. The only good out of this, you can keep your cleaners busy, but wont make any profits, just spinning the wheels. Very desappointed!

Chat feature was great. They got someone on with me I'm minutes...at 10:30 at night and we're able to answer my questions quickly and easily. I spoke with Alice who was extremely helpful in quickly locating the issues I was having regarding payments.

I don't understand. My notifications tell me I have a project available but when I click the notification it takes me to a page that says I have no projects available, projects for the current notification are no longer available. I don't understand how this thing works if someone would care to explain.

In theory this would be really good if it worked. It works well for one of my clients but another clients jobs are deleted before I get to do them. Now I cant complete the job until I fill in more notes. It is a waste of time. Honestly I thought it was perfect to start with but then it falls apart. If it was tweaked and fixed it would be great.

Update: the app will not open accepted gigs. The app is not responding to touch input on the accepted gig. This needs tweaking. The pages don't refresh. You can't see the message you sent with your initial bid. The marketplace requests page doesn't scroll to see everything that's there. The idea/platform is good but the execution is not.

So far so good, however it would be better for us cleaners to have more viewing access on the app of our clients information, ie their address. Also not being able to schedule the cleaning ourselves is something that would be better. I do appreciate having someone to talk to directly from TurnoverBnB to help with my issues/concerns. Would be great to have more autonomy as a cleaner though

Since the changes were made and the reviews started i no longer like this app. Its asking me to do these customer surveys before i can access jobs, it takes too long and they are all irrelevant to my experience... super disappointed i lost 4 jobs because of these dumn surveys

Customer service was very helpful, i can't thank Gillian enough for her help. She was very patient when helping me get on here. Gillian definitely deserves a raise. I am excited to see what turnoverbnb has to offer.

Unable to gain clients when I have a client through the app. This is only one client. The app is not allowing me to be seen.

This app is so glitchy. My clients prefer to use this app, so I am forced to use it to complete projects. I hate it. It glitches Everytime you try to upload a photo, with each photo the app restarts. It adds so much time on to every job. Then there are outrageous fees for each job which is based on a percentage but they figure it using the amount the client pays out, so their fees are also calculated as part of your payment even tho you never see it and didn't bid the job there. Just bad

Don't use. They only are in it for the homeowner. Lack of support for cleaners. Hurting my business, there's better options out there

Not user friendly. Very difficult to navigate, if there was a tutorial or something to how to create cleaning requests or link Airbnb calendars, as it's called bnb turnover but there is no Airbnb integration at all. Very disappointed. Coming from a superhosts to multiple rental homes.

TurnoverB&B has worked well for me so far. Only conplaint is, it seems like you have to lowball yourself, just to get bids. The problem with that is some of the checklists for the hosts, are extensive and detailed. Kind of hard to list a low price, not knowing the extent of work needing to be done. Bid higher, more than likely you will lose the bid. I had a problem with a host today, and needed to be removed from a few projects. Kira went above & beyond with her customer service! Thanks Kira! 🙂

Update!!! Tried reinstalling again just to see if it would work and bam- it works! Woohoo! Thanks to all that made it happen!! Now here's a thought! It would be great to be able to see booking schedule for my clients. I have several clients some with multiple properties so I have days that I have a few properties to get ready.With a 4 hour window it's challenging.Get notified when guests check out- without owner having to set up would be great! Probably more than you can do. Challenge accepted?

Very glitchy. Nevertheless, I've found clients to clean for on this app. I don't like the platform fee it charges for every job you complete. I agree with initial fees for helping you find your customer but an reoccurring fee is very greedy to me on behalf of Turnoverbnb.

Signed up. Initially set up for my welcpme call. Their systems were having issues so they canceled the call. I was asked when would be a good time to reschedule. I replied "WHENEVER YOU ARE AVAILABLE" It has now been 5 days and still no welcome call. Sent another email today. Will keep updated. Havent gotten to experience the rest. Horrible start

Don't bother with this app! I've waited almost a month for my application to be approved and still nothing. This is such a bad app. The Help Desk doesn't have any information and just send the the same template response over and over . Unfortunate...

Seems to be a scam to get you to download the app. Has you fill out all these applications and references then says they have enough cleaners in the area and will reach out to you when they have room. But still keeps pushing me to invite my customers to the app to use for scheduling.

This is the 2nd biggest waste of time... only 2nd to my kid's father🤦🏽‍♀️ I have been attempting to expand my clientele since recently relocated to Houston; I have had more luck responding to craigslist ads! When I was finally contacted by someone, they wanted to negotiate my pay rate. I have been cleaning for 10yrs and know my worth, I appreciate the concept but unfortunately it's not what I expected. I don't believe the positive feedback is legit either...

I haven't gotten any jobs from the bids I make but hopefully someday soon that will change. Fingers crossed.
