Well, this app does not seem to have a way for a me to sign in and use the app. When I downloaded the app, I typed in my email into the very small and vague box that does not indicate whether it's for the username or password. I typed in my email, and I got some sort of connection error. I am disappointed because I thought that I would not have to lug my computer around whenever I have homework question. I hope the developer fixes this soon.

my internet is on full bars but the message saying that I have no internet connection keeps popping up. I have tried also with my personal data and I keep getting the same message.

This is horrible app can't even log in. I had to go on my laptop to connect to the tutor but it will be nice to have this on my tab.

App is outdated and does not work with newer versions of android. App hasn't updated in 3 years.

This app really did help me with a chemistry promblem I had today. The tutors are fun to learn with and are amazing.

I can't sign in. I pressed sign in and it said "network connection error" even though I had full wifi. pls help

I've had the same problem others are having. I can't even log in, which makes it impossible to say anything more about the app.

Most unusable app does not work at all as other reviewers have said wont let sign in please check internet connection popup.

Cant even log in. I log in, says its unable to connect to servers and blames my internet connection.

Update the app! Doesn't work on newer Android versions.

With both wifi and 4g it says that I'm not connected to the internet and cannot log in

I have galaxy s7 edge, there is no place for a password so i cant login. Waste of time downloading

I don't have access to the whiteboard and that is a pretty big inconvenience

No whiteboard, this app has been trash for years with no effort from the owner to improve. Even bad on ios many times, until corrections are finally made after os updates.

I need a whiteboard it's not really convenient to only have it for a computer

This app is trash I have no idea how your supposed to sign in there's just a box no directions and not even separate boxes for username and password plus there's no whiteboard which makes it useless cuz most problems you need to show the tutor at least something on the whiteboard so they can understand your question and actually help you I thought this would be more convenient for me but your better of just using the actual website on your computer which is actually very helpful and useful

In the picture it shows a whiteboard but there is no whiteboard. I thought it would be easier to use on the tablet becauaw I could write with a stylus imstead.of a mouse but that is not the case because there is NO whiteboard. Please fix this!

There is no whiteboard! Kinda hard to show a math problem if there is no whiteboard!!

Please update so we can write stuff on the white board. It's pretty much useless to have it on your phone if you can't write the problem on the white board so the tutor can understand what problem we need help with.

This app and service wpuld be perfect for use with a galaxy note 3,4, and 5.

I love the website I visit it all of the time to get help with my work but I downloaded the app and it's no point in using it because I do not have a white board. Is the white board only available online??
