Very nice app. Here are some things I'd love to see : - Possibility to set a specific color/scene in Tap-to-Run (currently, you can only set to Color/Scene mode, but you can't specify which color/scene you want) - a 'Gentle wake" mode : the light slowly turns on (or off)

I bought this hoping to be able to use it regularly but when someone actually pushes the button to ring the doorbell it will never load on my phone, so I can never see who's at the doorbell. By the time it actually does load it has timed out and closes out the screen. If you do not pay for cloud service or put in a memory card, you have no record of anything. Junkie foreign thing never wants to load or work. Very frustrating. My network is stable and my signal is strong.

Latest updates FINALLY fixed the wifi camera issue but ... 1. The zoom function on live video no longer allows the picture to go up and down just side to side. 2. The live feed frequently stops which is verified by the timestamp freezing. Hopefully yet another update can address these issues as well! 3. The app no longer works with the Echo Show devices as it did before.

Good app after it was fixed. However would suggest having a feature to regulate the speed of playback from cloud storage. It goes too fast and no way to slow it down. This problem is not fixed. I have contacted the manufacturer, and the app people. Noone will fix the fast motion. Cannot regulate the movement. Not happy. Also app keeps crashing. Either connecting or busy. Also network error. Nothing wrong with my network.

Disappointing. Have the camera doorbell and every few days it goes offline. To get it back online I have to take the batteries out and reset it to start afresh again, after 20 times doing it all, it's getting ridiculous. There is very good fiber wifi router just 2 metres away so that's not the issue. It wasn't overly cheap to buy, I wish I'd forked out another $40 to get a better known brand :(

Good when it works but constantly the light is registered offline and has a strong and stable connection? Have to turn it on and off repeatedly to get it to register. Plants had no lights for 24 hours. --EDIT -- After a few months I think an update fixed my issue. Now works perfectly again! Many thanks! -EDIT 3.0 - Back to previous issue, consistently never online and have to turn on and off regularly to use the app 🙄

This app is awful. There's a try-me mode that creates a "Tourist" account. You can connect to a device with the Tourist account, but when you try to do anything else, it prompts you to create your own account. So far, so good. But if you already have an account, you can't Complete the Account, and there's no way to log out of the Tourist account without uninstalling the app. Of course, if you uninstall the app, you're no longer connected to the device. And you can't connect to the device with your own account, because the device is bound to the Tourist account--which you can't get back to in order to unbind the device.

Constantly slow connection or no connect. Often detect a person and nobody there. Gives false positive alerts. Errors reading card. Pictures are very good quality, but often get green screen instead of full color. Night time black and white, not color as advertised. Plastic housing and bracket seems to be cheap construction. Motor works well but is slow to communicate with App on phone and hangs up. Still Pictures sharp and clear most of the time. Overall ok seek other options in future

This app crashes 95% of the time, opening up the cameras and it'll say device is offline or it's busy. Sometimes when I try to open the Smart section it won't load at all, it's just blank even after I have closed said app 10 times in a row (I counted) and reopened it. I've even uninstalled then reinstalled the app numerous times but the same problems are persisting, my wifi isn't the issue-I made sure. Seriously, the app has some major bug issues and it's more cons than pros.

Been using the app for a few days and am mostly happy with it. I have five TRV's and a zigbee gateway registered with the app. Apart from 'false' offline instances it seem to work fine. Would be appreciated if I could move the components of the TRV control panel, I refer to the temp graph alot and have to scroll to find it. And, it would be good if there was a choice of themes as I find the 'Green on white theme' hard to see sometimes, perhaps a contrasting background would better (Grey? )

The one problem I am having with the Tuya is the software for my security camera. I would prefer to set a time limit when the camera has detection and needs to record. 30 seconds, 20 seconds, or until the motion stops. To control human motion to motion of say a trampoline net. The ability to add a different make of security camera to the Tuya app. Didn't think I'd have these problems but there are too many makes of security camera and each want their software which then wants their own cloud

Changed my rating. After adding weather and other features the app is slow and cumbersome. Now hot buttons don't work quickly. It is very annoying waiting to turn on a light when I'm standing in the room. It used to work almost immediately. Now it has to load weather and do nonsense tasks just to turn on and off a light bulb. I won't buy this brand again. It worked great for years. Now it is junk.

I absolutely love the Tuya app. I purchased Wi-Fi connected power sockets that allowed me to turn old storage heaters into modern smart storage heaters. With the Tuya app I can schedule how long they come on for at night when the electricity rate is low. Also I have a separate Wi-Fi temperature sensor that is also controlled by the Tuya app. I can then configure the Tuya app to turn the heaters on or off depending on the temperature in the room. Fantastic.

the app is a separate app but synchronizes perfectly with my Alexa device. as long as they are within range of Wi-Fi I can remotely control them and make it look like I am home or I'm asleep I can even set routines where the light turns on with my alarm. I also have another setting where the light turns off to remind me to get ready for bed in my room. it just feels like it was very well thought out and planned with regards to how these light bulbs would work. 👍😍

My tuya he's always trying to seek an encrypted Channel in other words it never worked and when it does it only work for no more than 15 to 20 seconds then it goes blank camera has Not Been working for four days now just started working today and have the same problem it will not connect to the Wi-Fi always looking for encrypted Channel when you try to move the camera it won't move signals usually only 68% fix my system you need better updates

At first I loved it. But within the past week or so, the app updated and it doesn't work like it used to. I can't add or edit rooms no matter what I try. It just keeps giving me the error "There are no rooms in the current map." Uh, yes I know that. I want to add them!! This is SO frustrating because it worked perfectly fine before. Someone fix this!

lanai lighting spectacular! I love the ease and reliability of our lanai lights by using the mobile app OR one of the 2 remotes. Chris from Delilah Designs is professional, delivers a quality product and always returns calls. All of our neighbors have asked about the LED lighting. it is fun to sync with pool party music and watch the lights move to the sound. definitely would purchase these lights again from Chris.

This review is for the 4G home alarm. Overall is good except for a few improvement needed: 1. Accessories programmed cannot arrange in sequence. You cannot arrange for easy reading. What you have programmed stays that way. 2. Voice prompt cannot work independently, ie. If i plug in an external siren, there will be a chirp each time i disarm or arm. It is very annoying so eventually i turn it off. This needs serious correction. 3. Unable to delete logs. Can the developer please comment?!

Not bad when it works but I have a number of issues with my robot ElectriQ 1. Often the robot clean multiple times the same room when the app says that is set up to do it only once. 2. Sometimes after hoovering one room decides that cleaning is completed and do not go to the other rooms. 3. I saved multiple times my customised map but the app constantly removes it. I am able to see it in historical cleaning section but the app does not allow me to use it. Overall disappointed with the app.

I have been using it for 4 years, with Oppo Reno Z, an BlueStacks 4 android emulator. So far so good. 98% accurate and responsive. Additional: Using with Xiaomi MiMax-3. Still going good with the inexpensive phone. I just hope TUYA will increase the 100 scene for AUTOMATION and TAP-TO-RUN. Initially I thought the 100 automation and 100 TAP-TO-RUN is too much, but as I continue to add more devices, I found out it isn't enough. Hopefully TUYA increase it to 200 AUTOMATION and 200 for TAP-TO-RUN. Thank you.

Lost Schedule feature. I only have Tuya Smart Plugs. The app has been working great for me for years. Now recently, there is no where to adjust the schedule. The only option is the Countdown. My plugs with schedules already loaded in them can now not be changed.

App gives message "the device has been removed" this happens everytime the bot gets stuck somewhere and its setting gets removed from the app - then it has to be added again to the app - please resolve this- it is very inconvenient to add the device to the app again and again after the device is stuck and not attended to for a while and the app keeps loosing the added device . While the lights themselves are cool I find that when going to change the color of the lights to be broken. For example when I said "Alexa, change the lights to Pink" they came out white. So if the stuff of Tuya could fix that then, Thank You.

Please. Return the pan and tilt control to the multi screen (Full view)double click. In Landscape mode. There was a 4 dot pan/tilt icon in the lower left of the screen it is gone. Please,Please,Please this is sorely needed.

Every time I try to watch my recorded history videos I can never watch them again and it constantly says retrieving video stream and loads forever. I have cleared my cache, restarted my phone, checked for updates and it's still the same. LOADING, LOADING AND LOADING SCREEN. So frustrating!! You need to fix it, if it is a bug.
