It's a good app, but it seldomly let's me click the buttons on the bottom to add to cart or to check out. It's been a good 6 months and the problem is still present.
Uninstalled this when I got my new phone. It wouldn't let me add items unless I changed the quantity and then I couldn't checkout. Disappointing as I used it often on previous phone.
Haven't had a chance to use the service yet because the app is absolute garbage. Can't click anything on bottom of app. Several buttons un-clickable. Using Galaxy S10+.
you can select a delivery time but they ignore it. my sandwhich showed up 45 minutes earlier than I wanted so I didn't enjoy my cold soggy sandwich. This service is not worth the delivery fee plus tips if they can't deliver it within 15 minutes of requested time.
menus are not up to date, prices are not correct and promotions are not available. uninstalling and I hope it get removed permanently
Add item tabs dont work on newer phones such as Samsung S10+ and Note 10+. Other tabs on bottom of app dont work either.
Terrible experience. Had to enter information multiple times. Wonder of they are stealing Information
Just downloaded the app and can't add anything to the cart so the app is completely useless

Love Tuyu Delivery and all. Food comes on time and love the variety of restaurants.. My only complaint is they took away pay with cash option away and only accept credit cards.
Would give it a 5 star if they didn't take the pay with cash option away.
Does Not Work on my Note 20 ultra. Any time I open the app it tells me that the app was made for an older android version and will not work on my phone. Looks like they need a software update. Very disappointing guess I'll stick with door dash.
