I lack a date on each program wich states when you will take the program off your site again, so I dont start watching a series I cant finish. I would greatly appriciate it if you would write on series that this is episode number 1:3 for instance. The way the add runs now is however an improvement, because there used to be alot of bugs.
Do you compensate for all the downtime, lack of shows and app crashing It must be embarrassing working with this, sending out updates every second day, and it still does not work.
Constant buffering issues, does not work anymore on my TV so I have to cast it as well. Buffering issues is not a network issue on my part, checked the router. Other services stream with 4k, no issues.
Edit: The streaming have been optimized and seems to work better now, but there are still issues where the User Interface bugs up, making it a hassle to use the app in connection with a Chromecast. It also locks up the Chromecast and forces me to restart. 3 stars for the fixes but still needs work with the integration with Chromecast. Only thing working perfect is the commercials. I now tried to stream klovn to Chromecast 4 times in a row and wanting to put on subtitles. Yes you guessed it, watched 15 minutes of commercials and 30 seconds of klovn. Awesome! When the app starts to stream the interface in the app is different, can't click anything and the subtitles button changes to blue but nothing working. Then clicking the x and opening the playing episode again brings up a new interface where the subtitles button opens.
When watching shows, pausing them and locking the phone without closing the app results in that it's not possible to play any video again on the phone. It might sound weird but all apps that use videos don't work (FB, Snapchat, Instagram, YouTube etc) and the TV2 app just spins the loading icon when trying to play something. This has happened 3 times now and I need to restart the device to use the app and for the phone to work normally again.
Buffering constantly. My network is not the problem, other services are working just fine without constantly buffering.
Programs are taken down extremely quickly ... my main interests in streaming are being able to select worthwhile content and being able to break longer episodes into smaller parts. More often than not content disappears, before I've finished with it ... at least they could inform users about WHEN they plan to delete content, so that you don't start watching a series that there is no chance of completing.
It worked perfectly until a few days ago. Now I can neither see live tv, nor any other programs. It just stopped working from one day to another, and I'm still within my subscription. Customer services don't know why. I just keep getting the same error message. Really disappointing.
It lacks English subtitles and the ability to play in background or on top of other apps. It's also confusing it displays content from other providers such as Paramount Plus which costs extra mixed in with the content you actually can stream.
Too many problems! Doesn't stream, looses connection. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times. And when you finally get a connection, you'll have to login again because it forgot who you are, and ran home to mama. @tv2 get a grip...
It's so bad, can't see a single thing all just black with audio running in background. And if it's not that it's just say "something went wrong, try again".
Well I can stream, but the messy layout of this app, with UI elements covering each other is an embarrassment. Get it cleaned up!!!
App is not stable on our Samsung QLED smart tv. Locks up and we need to soft reset the TV to get the app running again.
Improved user interface and fairly easy navigation. Search funktion lacks a bit
Used to work fine on my android TV but now there is NO SOUND. Tried to reinstall but same problem. What's going on?? Unusable!
The content and interface is ok. But it is not ok that the image freezes.

Streaming of Live Sport does not work on Android
The app crashes all the time, impossible to stream on the phone. You can't add things to your watchlist while being on the app through the TV, it happens often the app doesn't want to start and it gives a message to contact support who don't do anything about it. They should really work on it, it's really annoying especially when there's a monthly subscription involved.
