TV Bro

One of the best browser for Android TV that offers ad block functionality. Only thing missing is the ability to scale down the screen size. Currently you can only zoom in from 100% and up. Puffin can reduce the screen size and I tend to set it to 80%. If this can be done, it will be a 5 stars app.

UX is not very convenient to me (e.g. refresh button located in bottom panel, while usually it is in top panel), but in general - decent browser.

It's an amazing browser for tv. Please add a feature that would let user scroll something like a drop down list eg. close captions in a video.

Without a doubt the best browser so far for your android tv when only using a remote. It has download support and really easy to use.

Really great app! Much better than Puffin Browser IMO, which was preinstalled on my Chinese, very-hard-to-find-support-for TV. Only giving it 4 stars coz the UI was unintuitive at first. Home page shows common websites, but no URL bar, no search, nothing I'd expect to see in a web browser. So had to pick Netflix before I realised you can hit the back button to open a menu. The rest was easy to figure out. I especially love being able to customise buttons in the settings. Keep up the good work!

The browser is nice but if you add an ad blocker to it then it would be better and make it like puffin tv browser when ever there is a pop up it should show us an option that you like to open it or not anyway the browser is good but you should add these features thanks

Um well I was directed to use this browser above all other android tv ones. Well if it worked normal i would have kept using it. But it has one huge flaw. Upon opening the browser its fine, it has all i need for a tv browser but, when you go to any website and scroll down on the page the top of the browser hides itself and when you go back to the top with the on screen cursor the top (Address bar, favs, bookmarks etc) dont Unhide or show back up. What gives? I use Jio browser now and its way better. Sure there are other issues but nothing that would keep me from trying it again if that one main issue is still there.

great experience, it's just when I'm using a mouse on my tv clicking the mouse right or left dose not give an option to navigate back or forward.

This browser is smooth and so far the best browser out there for smart tv and tv type devices like google chromecast and it have a built-in ad blocker... best damn browser for smart TVs

Wow this browser really works for the Android TV Box the video really works. The scrolling is genius!

Other than below issue it's a great app for TV Web browsing! Great work done on it! On Chrome Cast with Google TV the adblocker is no longer blocking YouTube ads. On first load of a video an ad is shown. Would be great if easylist link could be edited and/or other adblock lists could be added by user.

THE BEST TV BROWSER ... PERIOD. It's better than Puffin,Chrome, Firefox, All the default tv browsers. I've tried dozens and it's easily the best. Guess what, it even has tabs! *gasp* It also has a bookmark bar. *gasp* It has customizable control buttons. *gasp* Now to be totally honest, all those things i gasped about are rather clunky but they still work and that makes it better than all the big named browsers i've tried. It hasn't crashed on my yet either. Puffin crashes on him 2/3 times a day back when i actually used it. Now my t.v. listed it has 'not approved yet' for my t.v. so i had to "side load" it. Break out your regular computer browser and look it up. Not that hard.

Great app!! It's the best browser I've used on my TV box (Android). Works better and is more reliable than puffin browser for TV, although that does have a great magnification function. Still, top marks to TV Bro.

Great option to replace Puffin however it seems there is a limitation with DRM compatibility. One site in particular I am wanting to stream media on my Sony Android TV is UK My4. It works on Puffin and Chrome but not with this app. Chrome is not a great solution on Android TV without a mouse.

it's been the greatest browser on TV until today. Now when I access websites with hcaptcha, I cannot get through, it keeps looping. Can I enable a cookie somewhere for Hcaptcha or any other method?

doesn't support mouse and keyboard browsing suitable for TV. As the name suggested, I hoped that I could have right click options switched by mouse or keyboard on non-touch screen.

It needs a scroll cursor for certain websites

Executes it's proprietary role well enough to be the stand-by/alternative browser on My 4K Google Cast!

Great browser that does the job for browsing on Android TV/CCWGTV 👍Would love to see a dark/black mode in the future since the initial white screen can be a bit much when browsing at night.

Unfortunately, it can only be manually sideloaded on to my Nvidia Shield TV Pro. Google doesn't allow me to send the apk to the Shield directly. Is this something Google is doing or have the developers overlooked this problem?

In many sites there is no streaming, only black screen or endless buffering. This is the not case with puffin browser.

This is the best TV browser I have used so far. It could be one of the widely used browser if the developer provide regular updates.

After a long time i got a internet Browser which I can browse web sites on my Sanyo Tv with the Remote control given by Sanyo Kaisen Tv I bought in January 2020. I bought this Tv believing all Playstore apps will work ,since it is having latest Android OS . Great work Thanks and keep up the good work

Great TV Browser but unfortunately unable to use, constantly get the message: "android.webkit.resource.protected media_id" DENY, ALLOW

Why it's not available in playstore of android Tv. Literally loved the app in the first place. Thanks a lot developer for making such dope app.
