Tv Connector (HDMI /MHL/USB)

The word "Connector" in the title should be changed to "Checker" because it only checks but can't connect. It literally says "mhl" in the title and it will not connect to the MHL HDMI to USB adapter. Other apps like this will, however, attempt to connect to all of the wireless Chromecast devices. But, this app just keeps linking back its own Google Play page. It's ridiculous.

Not only did this do nothing, it lies. The app names makes it appear like it connects your phone to your TV. It does nothing of the sort. When you open the app you will see that all it claims to do is to check whether or not your phone supports HDMI. It doesn't even do that! This app tells me that my phone supports HDMI, but my phone's manufacturers say that it does not. So, this app is not only useless, it's dishonest too!

This is not really an app. It goes to one screen..CHECKING...but meanwhile you get lots of ads for the firefox browser. The sad thing is, after trying 4 different apps on Playstore, I gave up, because they all seem to be the same app with different name and cover art. HEY GOOGLE, YOU SHOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS!

This app's buttons aren't formatted for Android phones. It also doesn't give any options after it check's the phone-s compatability. It doesn't try to detect a TV via the HDMI cord attached via a USB adapter to an Android phone.

All device overtly does is check if your phone supports MHL. It does not actually help you connect to a TV. Additionally it's not even correct. It will claim your device is compatible when it isn't.

App says that my device is mhl compatible when everything i have tried doesnt work. So at first i was happy then felt like the app lied to me. Im using a TINNO C210AE android version 8.1.0 and anyone can just look up in your search bar "MHL" & it will bring you to The site with all phone versions compatible. Now i uninstall.

These stupid apps are mostly pathetic. Really can't understand how someone has spare time investing to roll out these unpredictable little digital schemes. Loaded with annoying ads that will startle you blasting noise pollution peaking the volume setting. Bottom line: can't believe any one of these MHL compatible checkers because one claims your device is compatible and another bozo app will say its not.

Just like the other reviewer said it doesn't do much beyond saying "scot or god or ga ga" repeatedly and never connects. And yes I did try powering the display & android devices on & off ensure a proper reset. Still a No-Go. Not one of the 3 mods failed to find the tv but nothing after. How can I trust NordVPN? I can not give 1 star let along 5 with this type of performance.

I'm rated thist app out of consideration I got it up on the screen I just can't get no movies or media to go through it so I'm giving it five stars that none of the other apps got this far because I'm trying to do it without Wi-Fi. W/a HML, HDMI, USB, mini C for Android connection. I don't use Wi-Fi and can't afford it so I'm trying to learn how to do it without the Wi-Fi anyone know anything I'm reading all I can. It says my device Samsung J2 Prime is MHL capable but no matter how I tried to connect my phone to my tv via mhl microusb to hdmi adapter, it did not work. After googling MHL supported devices, I found out that Samsung J2 Prime is not supported at all. Thus app is giving false info.

Crashes horribly, ads more than app. Probably one one the worst computer programs for adroid operating system that exist, freezes, crashes, doesnt respond.

any stars would be a lie but I had to pick something. it does nothing more than lead you to another app to add to your phone and waste your memory but does nothing in the meantime to assist with connecting to a display. folks, quit wasting your time and go work in a call center the forces you to Americanize any interesting ethnic name to John and Nancy to they to fool idiot America intobelieving their call is being answered in Akron Ohio. Start taking pride in yourself and delete this app!

It does not project your phone's screen to a tv through the USB C to HDMI connection. It only "scans" and then refers you to an app download. Waste of time.

Its a scam. It doesnt do anything but tell you if you're compatible (which I believe it will always do that whether you are or not) amd nothing further. Any good reviews are more than likely bots as theyre mostly from "A google user" and say nothing but "great" or "helpful". Nothing but an ad-filled cash grab

All it does is say "Yes, your device is compatible". It doesn't actually do anything useful! Description is misleading, overall not useful.

Would give zero stars. Too many pop-up ads. Takes long time to check. App states that my phone, CAT S48C is HDMI compatible, but yet i cannot connect. Total waste.

Useless. Bots and/or paid reviewers are the only way this thing could have ended up with anything other than a 1 star rating. my experience is the same as som many others. This application did absolutely nothing buy display 'checking....' I've already uninstalled it. Not worth downloading.

Waste of time. Only tells you if your phone can connect. Does not actually connect anything. Just a scan app.

this app told me my phone would work with an Mhi to hdmi adapter, so i purchased the adapter from Amazon market, only to find out later that this app lied. Warning*** an Lg aristo 2 is not compatible with a Mhi device. this app says it is. Downloader beware, its a scam.

Downloaded, installed, opened, hot "check hdmi", waited till an image came up on my tv. I have a razer phone 2 via usb c to hdmi cable, works perfectly, less lag than wireless. Worked perfectly.

It can see the USB to HDMI adapter, but then it just redirected to another app from the same company and I never actually got connected.

Scam !!! Don't waste your time ! Just bombards you with ads, tells you that your phone is HDMI / MHL compatible (even if it isn't), then does ABSOLUBTLEY NOTHING to connect your mobile to your TV ! The ONE THING this app claims to do !!!

This app only checks if your smartphone is HDMI/MHL compatible. THAT'S IT! NOT an app to help you connect your phone to your TV and do a screen sharing/mirroring!

I do not get these stupid apps people put up on google play. And i fall for it over and over. Thinking that "Ok, now im getting what i am needing with this one app". Only to find out that the words in the name in the app are a far fetched midleading buckit of waste. Stealling some of what little time i have left on this here earth. I could have started with taking a 2X4 to my head and then accomplished that task with a bigger feeling of satisifaction then what i got from downloading this app.

Just to check if your phone can connect to other screen using hdmi. Super easy to use. But i have not tested with hdmi connector tho.

This app is garbage to just show ads. It just tells me if the tv may be compatible but doesn't display my tablet's screen on the tv.

It might informational, to know that the the unit is supported and capable of such connectivity but not and cannot automatically object device to the big screen for a wider view purposes. But it's nice.
