IT WAS GREAT ON 6 BUT DOES NOT WORK ON ANDROID 7. COME ON PLEASE FIX IT Not working with my new Moto G5 on Android 7. Have used this app on 3 previous phones and am guessing A7.0 is the issue Hope the Dev Can fix it then I can put 5 stars back.
It installed and worked relatively painlessly on a ZTE Blade6S. Everying worked quite nicely, but then... But after a day, it simply refused to pair when scanning, and exactly the same happened on another phone (Cubot1) Zero diagnostics - so all I could do was restart the phones and TV and no change. Delete and reinstall the app - no change. I am now about to explore just how good the HiSense support ecosystem is... judging from comments here, I may be some time. After resetting the router, the devices paired. It seems that the Huawei HG635 probably requires a reset to clear out the accumulated crud - and if the number of wireless devices connected shows 0 when there are obviously devices connected, it's fair to assume it needs flushing. Not sure how long it will be before another flush is required. I will report back.
It's free, has a keyboard, installed in seconds and took me about three minutes total to be able to use it easily. The only issue that I have is not with the APP itself - the problem is that the app is difficult to find in order to download. Search results on Google and other sites did not turn up a link to the app, so I had to search for about a half an hour just to find it. Once I found it, however it was installed and working very quickly. The company should look into better search listings.
I was trying to get original remote for my hisense TV but was not able to find. I tried a lot of remote software apps but to no use. This is the best app and functioning 100% on my hisense smart TV. Thank you guys for your hard work and free app
I have two hisense Tv's and an lg. It won't find my new TV, but it works my LG and older hisense just fine. The app is great on the Tv's it works on. Make it compatible with the newer models and I'll go back to 5 stars
Keeps saying cannot connect to device. I'm on same wifi everything is working except this app.
All functions work except no select button for the mouse. Mouse really works as my remote has no mouse function except the arrow buttons and they are a pain to use. This mouse moves the arrow on the screen but no way to select it. Too bad as this would rate a 5 otherwise.
Does not work on my 40k220wp, the least that could be done is specify the models supported. Deserves no stars at all.
Love the app only thing wrong is you can't power on the TV. Other than that it works great.
Mouse pointer sensor is useless, as there is no way of actually clicking anything... Fix this please, it makes no sense. Thank you.
Keep saying not device found it look I'm have to buy the real TV remote not your wack lame app
I have a note 3,done everything I can to get this working with my 40k220pw set, but no joy
I have my TV directly connected to my router for adequate speed. I think that puts my pad on a "different" network. Anyway, it never connects and there are no options for technical savvy people to get it going.
Original remote went missing, this app saved the day. Haven't found any function it can't handle yet.
Unable to pair with my new HiSense 58N5. The description should include a list of which models are supported, to save people wasting time on this App if it isn't suitable for their TV (as I did).
It doesnt find my TV and its on WiFi and turned on doesnt work... Total fail
It doesn't work. I followed the simple instructions and it doesn't find TV. I made sure it was connected to the same network but it doesn't pick it up. I tried reinstalling the app but it still did nothing. Waste of time.
It used to work with my TV, but has completely stopped. Doing a factory reset or connecting over ethernet makes no difference.
I have a hisense smart tv and no other apps helped me select files when using the usb input.
Works great now I can sleep . I can turn off when left on with out reaching across my partner to look for remote .
It wouldn't connect at first. So I turned my TV on and placed my phone right next to TV censor now I'm good to go. It was very simple.
Worked very good with Android Marshmallow but with Nougat it didn't work. I'm wondering if it will work with Oreo or not. It doesn't make sense that you didn't make an update for the app for more than 3 years!
Awesome app does exactly what it says, even runs my blu ray player...anyone who can't get it to work get a better phone and or tv
Won't connect. I have a brand new Hisense Smart TV, connected to the same WiFi network, but it will not find it.
I'm sick of having to connect the app to the TV everytime i want to use it.
Don't waste your time if you have a 2015 or newer hisense. That's 30 minutes of my life I'll never get back.
Everytime i want to turn the volume up/down i have to re scan to find the tv.
You can use your smartphone as a keyboard. Best app I've ever used.
It's OK some problems like having to sync a lot. Otherwise it's OK I guess
Works but you have to pair it to device practically every use and if your tv is off it won't find it. Also for those having trouble try clicking on demo selection and then click the home button it should automatically try to pair if not click on device selection. If that doesnt work your device may not be capable.
