TV Remote Control - All Remote

I literally had this app for 2 minutes before I deleted it. As soon as I opened the app I had ad after ad bombarding me. I know it says this app contains ads, but this was ridiculous! As I was trying to set up the remote ads popped up constantly, I couldn't get it working because the ads just wouldn't stop. Very frustrating. It also needed access to my photos and storage to work and then said i needed to download something else for it to work that may or may not add charges to my phone bill...?

Can't use this app. None remote can connect my tv

App looks good on the surface, but when I went to test remotes on my TV, none of them worked. There were only 2 remote choices when it came to testing to see which one worked. Neither did the trick through IR, which I assume would work almost nearly flawless. If it'll help at all, the TV model I use is a Sanyo DP32640. The remote model it calls for is a GXBM. I don't know if it's supported, but for some reason, it doesn't seem to work for me.

I tried this app on several different devices I have (TV- 2 different ones also different brands, DVD player, and our cable box) and not one.. NOT EVEN ONE of them worked!! It cant possibly be my device/my phone/user error if this app literally failed to connect and control any of my attempted devices..would give less than one star if possible! This app asks for several "permissions" while also having an Ad pop up everytime you press a button.. Ads arent needed THAT damn much man... 😑

Good Iser interface, but It did not work as well as other Remotes for my Visio, LG, and Westinghouse brand devices.

You should at least show the list of available TV brands so that we dont waste time downloading an app that we can't use.

I wasn't sure what to expect. Stumbled onto the idea of a phone being used as a universal remote in a article and thought that it is crazy to think a phone can emit a Infrared signal but figured "what have I got to lose" so chose one at random (this one) and synced it up to my Philips CRT television. Well, my doubt didn't disappoint. Three stars. One for giving me a good laugh, one for getting my brain juices flowing and one for making me consider thar a cellular telephone can emit a IR signal.

claims to work with Wi-Fi when it doesn't, it seems to be just doing IR only and some see anything i. settings to choose wifi over IR. Does not work with Samsung Smart tv even though it shows Samsung Smart in the remote setup. developer triess to push his other apps in this app using up half the screen.

Won't let you use without checking stars for rating, says "must select 5 stars to start" I selected the middle face and it went through, but an ad after each button press and wouldn't find my Samsung Smart 4k curved TV. GARBAGE APP, don't waste time, only has good ratings because it requires it to use.

My phone has an ir blaster (obviously many users dont) and when selecting ir blaster as the method of remote control, it's trying to connect to my TV. .. connect how? It's an infrared blaster ! You're not testing if it's synced, you're trying to connect to it lol don't you understand how technology works?

Not connect to TV . Lots of ads are there. Do not unistall it as it is wastage of time. When we open the app they ask about the ratings its very bad thing of this app I don't like this thing of this app. When we set the name of remote the app without my permission change my TV name. Please do not download it as it is wastage of time.

Chose option for WIFI connection, app claims connection has been made, test remote by "pointing phone at tv and pressing the power botton" none work because my phone doesnt have an IR blaster for a connection claiming to be connected via wifi.... fail! Avoid this app unless you want adverts after every button press.

This app is absolutely garbage, do not get it! None of the "remotes" worked at all for my TV and I just wasted 30 Minutes of my life. You'd be better off with some batteries and a plastic remote, than this junk. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Ok. If your TV doesn't have a popular brand name. Forget installing this. You'll never get past the first screen. If you do have a TV that's on The list, Good luck trying to get it to work. Shame. Developers need to put in the one thing that ALL universal remotes have. That's a freq. Search option to find your telly. That would seem like a no brainer for a start. There could be a viable market for this if only the developers could make it Reliable. That's all anyone really cares about.

complete waste of time... ads/pop up links to other apps appear at every action you try when settong up and will not let you bypass them. and did not even link to the tv after 45 minutes of trying.. avoid this app at all costs to save your own sanity...

DON'T INSTALL STAY AWAY. This is a AD Application not remote. Pathetic app. Too many ads. The ads are so bad that they start even before you setup the app. Once you are done setting up you will not be able to use it due those ads.

Was ok. the power and menu buttons work but the directional buttons (to navigate to my Netflix app) would exit out of the menu instead. deleting this app. thankfully I found my remote!

Don't download wants all permission to you phone. Complete access to photos, videos, text messages and phone. why just to use for a remote yeah I think not. Tons of ads as well.

This app cares more about ads then actually working. Only gives to options to test and when that does not work nothing else, no other help try this it might help nope nothing. But you do get an ad very 2 seconds. So this app makes sure they get their money because the app does not even do what it says.

Says wifi connect, but does not use wifi controller, but keeps looking for IR sensors on my devices. Can't get out of that loop. Maybe one day this app will be finished. Then, ads are OK for freeware, but after every click? Greedy.

Doesnt even work it couldnt connect to my tv through IR,IP or WIFI (the 3 options it gives you) so it didnt really work,way too much ads and before i even tried to connect it asked me to rate the app even though i haven't tried it yet.

Stupid app ! Dont waste ur mb on it ! When u install finish, it ask u to connect to ur tv after opening it! As for first time connection , tells u failed , try again and they tell u that, its successful , then select tv type etc and each step u follow, a series of adverts will have to show....... And at the end , ur purpose of downloading the app is in vain

Had a very few selection of TV remotes. It didn't have type u was looking for and the ads were unending. I wouldn't recommend it for anyone. At all.

app (a tv remote) asks for permission to access photos/media which was my first warning after clicking a sneaky add. Then every icon press = add. You then have to rate it 5 stars. As soon as it asked that i came to write this and report it.

Click to change channel, ad pops up. Close out ad. Click same button again, Again an ad pops up. Absolutely terrible. Does it work? Yes. Is it worth your time to dl and use? Hell no.
