Tv Remote Control For Roku

It's a decent remote for the Roku TV seeing as the remote doesn't work very well at all! I'm not a big fan of having to pay for no advertising with it though, after paying for 2 TV, s from this brand. I spend more time trying to get the remote it came with too change the channels! This App has solved that but if using the search and typing in the what I'm looking for only to have what a portion of what I type to show up on the screen. Is it worth it? Yes I think it is.

I am just now trying to set it up but it won't let me get past rating it. So I'm giving one star only. If i can get past this part, then maybe I'll change my rating. EDIT: Ok. I downloaded the app. So when i press the app icon, it brings up a small pic of the Roku remote and the word NEXT. I press NEXT and it pops up the full screen of the Roku remote. Then, no matter what i press, nothing happens. SoI'm deleting this app. Wish i could give it 0 stars.

IMO, it is great tool. It works like a charm. Best part is that you dont have to keep pointing at the tv to send a signal command. One think i always find annoying is ad and this remote ap do have ads poping every now and then, which i do undrestand the fact that dev needs founding and ads are fast way to gain access to the found they need. Hopefully one day dev get hands on a much better source of rev to remove these silly ads from their tools. @dev, great job and keep up the good work. Thanks

I think their are to many adds I understand having some but every time I try to do something is ridiculous it works great otherwise as long as I turn the TV on first. I wish I didn't have to turn my tv on first every time. But otherwise it is good. Just be nice to warn you before add comes or something.

A piece of garbage. This POS did nothing for my TV. Every time I pushed a command on the control it went back to the App Store. The POS TV remote control for Roku did absolutely nothing for my TV. Subsequently, I downloaded the official Roku app which includes the remote control app which allowed me to use my wireless headphones which I was previously unable to do.

How the hell do you set this up? Do you actually have to inout the ip adress for the tv? I have selected control through wifi in the settings but nothing moves. You are also blasted with adds nearly every time you press a button. How has this got a high rating?

Horiffic app. It opens an ad every second time you press a button. Imagine if your real remote did remote things 50% of the time, and other 50% of the time it did things that remotes arent supposed to do. You'd set it on fire. I instantly uninstalled.

apparently this app only works through a Wi-Fi connection which we don't have. Maybe if you do have Wi-Fi it would be ok. Don't know. while trying to get it to work, an ad pops up about every third button press. couldn't wait to uninstall it

Did not work. Everytime I pressed a remote button, the remote did not respond but I did get an ad for every press of the remote button. The ads are much more efficient than the apps sadly.

i got the app on my phone but its not letting me do anything. i have a roku smart tv & have lost my remote during move, now cant set it up bcuz it says connect to wifi but it wont let me do that either. if i am doing smthing wrong plz let me know, if i can get my tv set up with my phone i will gladly change frm ⭐ to ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐'s.

It's garbage. It won't work on the roku or the TV. Plus adds keep popping up when you're trying to set up. They have the nerve to request a 5 star rating before you can try this POS!

Dependable. Straightforward to use. Great replacement for the standard remote. Since I keep up with my phone this is the kind of remote that is Handy and not easily lost.

Useless. Doesn't let me choose a device to connect to, opens an ad with every other button press. Got 2 ads from pressing remote buttons in 10 seconds of testing, but never did actually control it tv.

Asks to leave 5 stars before even using, then when clicking to dismiss, opens an ad, as well as with every click of a button. Couldn't even get it to work. Absolutely worthless app.

This app is amazing for one thing it is the only app I found that turns the T.V. on and its so simple to use my remote broke and I have looked for places to buy one I never found one that looked promising so I tried downloading remotes and non of which I tried turned the T.V. on but this particilar one did all but the ads are quite annoying thats why I put 4 stars but over all i recommend this remote over all the ones I tried.

1. every time I push a button an add pops up. 2. The stupid remote dosen't even work! 3. The only reason I'm leaving a review is because the stupid thing popped up like 5 times already asking for me to give them 5 stars! I'd give less than 1 if I could.

This app is perfect for me. Everything I use on a remote is there on my phone screen ( mic, keyboard, power on/off button, vol +/_ and ch +/-....). The real deal?

Doesn't work with the Samaung S10. Also, every time you press a button you get an advert. Seriously, why? There's no need for it. Why don't you just describe it as an advert reader instead of a remote control? Surely that would be more accurate? Avoid this app, i know i am.

Doesn't work, only ads! I can open the app, but the controls don't work. When I push a button, it takes me to ad to download another app. No thanks.

It's a fraud app unable to use most of the information it contains false advertising and copy right to the original roku remote app and should be banned from the play store. It also does not work at times and when used it disfunctions and there is no volume button

It still has adds,even though it says it doesn't. It's hard to turn on and off TV at times. It's not completely had but it's not the greatest neither.

Doesnt work! Looks great. Makes noise when you tap a button. Doesnt do anything with the actual roku!

Intrusive ads every two mins is fkng annoying!! Ill review and see if this stops them- actually, app suggested I accept the interruptions. I suggest there are better apps- ciao.

Terrible. Doesn't work unless you manually enter the IP address for your TV (at least, I'm assuming it will work, I just deleted it) Also, ad pops up every other button press.

You have absolutely no way to connect to the roku without a remote. I need the app because our remote is lost. I tried everything. Sorry guys.

I lost my roku tv remote and decided to download one. I came across this one and it is my go to. I really wish i can find a fire stick one and that would b perfect. But thanx for an amazing app.

This is also garbage. The only reason the reviews are high is because it makes you it before ever trying the app. There is no set up for this app and none of the buttons do anything except try to get you to download another app. Completely useless!

It's a great app but my only issue is that at times if you cut the TV off the app disconnects and the only way to reconnect is if the TV is on or you'd have to uninstall and reinstall the app. Other than that it's a great app.

Awful! doesn't work at all. Ads just keep popping up the buttons dont even do anything, don't download, a waste of space!
