My remote control ended up in a bowl of cereal milk (unfortunately this is not the first time I've lost electronics) and this app is a lifesaver. You can't turn on the TV through the app, but that makes sense when it works over wifi. I have no problem with it, and it saves me from having to buy a new controller! Highly recommended!

everything is very good and easy to use. need more updates to improve, there are still shortcomings at times not like shutting down once is the night before, but on Monday could not turn off and some other errors (if any)

I dropped my remote in the water. I was planning to buy another and test this app out. Works perfectly, quickly. Download the app and it finds your device. It is very easy. Once I used it and knew how well it worked I paid. The additional functionality is great. Very deserved.
Very handy, nice to have all the options instead of a generic universal remote. Ads aren't terrible but could do with fewer or options to watch a video to be ad free for x amount of time. Just an idea
JUST AS EXPECTED SUPPOSED TO make a connection between Ur phone and TV by these 2 options which either way it fails SPECTACULARLY 1- IR (apparently my phone doesn't have any IR!!!!!!!) 2- through wifi connection which requires your phone and TV being on the same network and wifi (YET couldnt find my TV and kept saying no device's found) Even when U check their official video on how it works the only thing you'll see is just mentioning some functions that it SUPPOSED TO HAVE and nothing else

This app is very easy to use and you don't need to point at the TV for it to work. you need internet connection, you don't need service on your phone, just click the settings menu, turn on wifi, find internet signal, enter internet password and connect, download Roku Remote app and it will works great ..

Excellent app. As others have said you'll need to download this BEFORE you lose your remote or run out of batteries. It works exactly the same as the actual remote in my experience.

Works great! I needed a remote control that could work for my TV however I did not want to spend time searching for the model or the make or programming the remote control. This app works great in my smart TV.

Just test it out so far so good working smoothly. Only improvement for now instead of tap tap volume button to decrease or increase sound why not make it one tap for increasing decreasing sound. Overall, I vote it 5 stars.
Surprisingly works better with my phone than the physical controller that came with it. Using it to view photos, play videos and music from your phone on big TV Screen is perfectly intuitive.
I have to admit that TV Remote for Hisense (IR) has many amazing things that other apps of the same kind do not have. It allows me to write text from my phone to TV directly with inbuilt fast keyboard.

This application cannot turn on the TV if it has been turned off for too long. It only connects to the TV when the TV is turned on. In case of losing the remote, first press the power button on the TV first. For example, Model UA49KU6500 the power button is located on the bottom of the TV where the power indicator is protruding. In general, this is a very good backup solution when the remote is lost or damaged. Repurchasing is expensive and time consuming.
