I would have liked to give 4 or 5 stars, but the app seems to give more importance to advertising than user experience. Your TV volume is loud, and you launch the app to mute but have to wait for the advertising to give you a chance
This would be a beautiful remote except for two major flaws: first it's much longer than the screen. This wouldn't be that big of an issue as one could get the section you need to use all on the screen if it weren't for the second issue, ads. Ads take up about a third of the screen. Not only do they make the display cluttered but now you have to scroll constantly to get the buttons you need on the screen. This could easily be solved if there were a pro version to remove ads It's useless. Too bad

Very good & useful app App is feature laden. Possible improvement is to do with the interface with the Netflix Samsung Smart-TV app. The text-send function doesn't work with the Netflix app which makes it more difficult to use Netflix, but not impossible. Sending videos, photos & music to my Smart TV works really well with this app. Thank you.
This app is good .. i like it , but there are a few drawbacks .. sometimes it would just freeze up my screen and disconnect itself and just lag and slow up my phone , i had to delete it and install it back but other than that .. i like the app better than other tv remote app's I've tried in the past😁
I have one of the oldest versions of Samsung SMART tv. This is one of only two remotes on the Playstore app that does work on this TV. The set up on this Remote app is very organized and also has been updated with more features. I also like that these remote.updates have not affected connection to this old TV version i have.
I super like it descent amount of ads, but all the extra features is what I really like about it. Also it's not nagging you with rate us each time you want to use the controller, and enjoy that very much, have a little dignity, if you did a good enough of a job or not people will let you. Great job with this app.
Really like this app but what's so annoying is that it searches every time for your tv when you open the app even if the app wasn't closed just minimized. It doesn't remember the last IP used by your tv. Other tv apps out there do remember and don't need to re search every time the app is opened.
sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. e.g. curreny version used to turn off power and after update it doesnt. mute etc works but not power. be good if it can work across versions of tv.
The controller signal is really bad, its like it has a mind of its own one min its working and other min its not
App works okay. You have to press the button multiple times to get it to respond. If you've lost the original remote and need to access your television's basic functions, features, and settings then this app can get the job done.

Screens look good, and controls layout look good. Find my Samsung TV, but on DNLA, not on wifi. Then it does not work with the Samsung Smart TV (at least not mine)(and yes it's on the same network)

I've attempted to use many other 'remote control' apps and this one is by far the best. Easy setup and just as well cos the original remote is now missing.
Love this app. Its hard at first to find the right button on the phone in order to get it working for the tv but all in all. It is a really great app and easy to use for the tv.

Worked on old and new led tvs. A bit of difficulty in using direction keys-left,right,up,down- together with channel number. Had to switch buttin display
Not user friendly doesnt connect automatically to TV with a pin like other apps...the UI design is too complex with alot of repetitive options
Superb with a lot of features, but doesn't autodetect TV most of the times. I need to do Quick Scan and it finds TV in no time
Did not work for me....File share pictures and video did. The remote control part strangely kept saying no tv found....hmmmm. It saw the tv to stream video and pictures daaaa!!!
Better than my original Samsung 9 Gen controller that only lasted 5 months, and I tried a lot of remotes, best by far, you shake the phone and it pauses
Stopped working after update, but uninstalled anyway because every time I opened the app I got full screen ads and sometimes even video ads
Looks really fancy with all the features but cannot control my tv. Wish it worked.
I have this and Smart View. Between these 2, I manage my Samsung Smart TV reasonably well. I've learnt when to use which.

Horrible amont of ads now! I have used this app long time, but now it's useless. Only consumes data and battery.
Holy bleep! A samsung TV app that actually works! My samsung TV is SUPER OLD 2010ish and I cant believe I found anything that can connect/pair to my TV. I had all but given up but after dozens of different remote control app's this one is a keeper! FYI: I have NEVER had a single remote for this tv and now I can finally access all the great features and option's/convienience of using this remote. I AM SOO VERRY HAPPY!
