As most phones don't have ir anymore it makes app obsolete. Pity as would have been helpful

Some people say it does but not for me, I guess it depends what Toshiba tv you have.
Perfect fit for my sons tv he is 4 and wanted a large tv but always hitting screens with toys ect, so i got him a 32" tosgiba tube for 9.99 at good will and now have a remote thanx to app great fit thanx for the easy app

Rubbish, have more than 1 Toshiba TV. And doesn't work on any of them.
