TV Series - Your shows manager

The app is actually quite good EXCEPT that it only synchronizes the watch history with trakt and not the ratings. That makes it pretty much useless for me. For some inexplicable reason theres no link directly to trakt from the episode info as well. Their other app, MoviesFad has such a link. If they would fix the ratings issue the app would easily be worth 4 stars or even 5.

Incredible app! i would suggest two changes: 1. follow/add other users in the app, so you could take a look at their own lists, including watchlist, following, ratings,etc. 2. a new feature to add custom shows, personalized for users only. The user can add a custom poster, title, description, images, videos, seasons, episodes release date, etc (same as any regular show in the app). That way people can create their own shows, which people can follow as well using a shareable link. Great app!

Changing my review from 5 stars to 1. This app is a piece of junk now. It takes like 15 minutes to load anything every time you launch it, and the database keeps getting errors. There are duplicates of shows, some that I can't remove others that have changed to get the wrong name or air date but the rest of the info is the same/ correct. I send in reports about these issues and nothing changes. I officially give up and am beginning the tedious process of rebuilding my lists into TV Time.

Fantastic app (as long as you stay within the recommended show limit). Does absolutely everything I wanted when I searched for one a year or so back, and has kept up improvements. Only feature I'd like is to hide "extras" and "behind the scenes" style aspects, otherwise it's perfect.

It's good that you can organise your shows in a certain order. You can mark what episodes you have watched. Alot of times it either doesn't load or takes along time to load, saying unknown error. It doesn't allow you to mark and unmark a mass of episodes so you have to do them all one at a time. It doesn't load the names of the episodes most of the time.

It's the best TV series organizer that I have seen out there right now especially with the changes to TV Time. However, it still has 2 issues. The 1st is that there are shows that I look up (search) and don't come up as results. Yet when I do an explore & spend a significant amount of time looking, I can find the shows in the app listed among the different categories. The 2nd issue is that I will have a series that will be completely watched, yet have a random show appear as not being watched.

Was very wary about updating to version 3 after a bad experience with the beta last spring. Much of my data was lost; and there was no way to import backups from V.2. So I used a non-Playstore app cloner to keep my old info available while I allowed the original to update. This enabled me to manually enter most of the 25% or so of the info that was missing after updating. (Annoying, but still better than just losing it.) V.2 was giving me server errors for quite awhile; and that seems to account for most of the data that was missing after signing in. That at least appears to be fixed in V.3. Looking at other recent reviews though, I must admit this: If I had not upgraded my phone to a new high-end model late in 2019, then my experience would almost certainly be much more problematic. So far the only recurring inconvenience is chronically long loading times whenever the app is restarted after a significant period of disuse. (It appears that the internal cache management needs a lot of work.) I shudder to imagine what performance would be like now if I was still stuck using any of my previous phones. As for the improved design, I do like it overall; especially the long overdue appearance of a dark mode! I also welcome most of the new organizational features. I hope that the developers manage to improve the app's efficiency someday; including the management of user data. Maybe then they won't have to deal with so many negative reviews from anyone without a Superphone.

Today I got an update to version 3.0. Grmppf, almost everything is gone, the standard is 50 tv-shows. I had over 500 tv-shows, almost all the information is gone. The previous version was perfect for me. Because of the conversion to the new version and missing all the data I had gathered over a few years which are now disappeared, I rate this app with 1 star.

I have been using this app for many years and I was really satisfied. I just did the latest update and it is the absolute DISASTER. Shows have gone missing from my list, error msgs pop -up the one after the other but like non-stop, the new interface is so not user friendly. And to think it was released in Sept and it is Mar and the developers have done nothing to improve it?? Uninstall and pity...

New version is unusable. From being one of my most used app and one I upgraded to Premium, it's now totally unusable. I can't even view the calendar of upcoming episodes - it just hangs. Showly has taken over for me. I'll check occasionally to see if they have fixed the appalling performance problems they introduced but, for now, avoid.

App used to work great for all its functions but is now extremely slow. It reloads every time you open it, which takes over 10 seconds (used to be instant). Loading each page as you navigate is a similar experience. It is full of bugs, the search and news have errors so do not load. Also the widgets no longer work, and both filters and lists are much less functional. The new limit on unarchived shows Is also annoying. It worked perfectly before the update, but is now completely unusable.

Haven't updated in a while but started having trouble getting shows to load and app kept crashing so I decided to update to 3.0. Now nothing will load. Won't even connect to server. I had over 400 shows on my list so I'm guessing even if/when it does finally connect, I'm going to have the same problem as everyone else with slow load time. Also tried to downgrade to previous version and still won't connect to server. Glad I didn't decide to pay for premium.

One of the only apps that has stayed on my phone no matter what. I'm surprisingly glad that is shows the original release date (eg. American release date and time) and not when it would come out for me in the UK. However, I think it would be a good feature to be able to see when episode are released legally and publically in whatever country you are in and having that as another calendar type.

Amazing. This is the perfect companion to trakt.tv along with the Moviesfad app by FEMA. I spent days trying to find a good trakt app and basically they are all the same and not that useful. The FEMA apps have smartness built into them with curated movies and shows based on my collection and also a unique and smart way to view the content. Looking forward to more stability in future releases but love the vision of FEMA. The rating display is ingenious by consolidating all review sites in one.

I didn't mind the change in how the episodes/shows are viewed but the app doesn't update any shows. It's as if one day, TV just stopped. I'm under the following number size limit. I've waited quite awhile but highly doubt it will ever be fixed. All user problems in reviews have persisted since earlier than Feb 2021. Luckily, always used 2 diff TV apps in case something like this happened. Will be looking for new TV app. If this happens to be fixed before I switch, I'll update review.

Please give an option to revert to previous version! The new version is just terrible. A lot of advanced functionality available previously is lost, recommended following show limit is set to 50 (seriously?), show sorting is messed up, language specific settings for separate shows are lost (just all or nothing), loading time has increased, constant error mesages, etc.

Really disappointed with the new upgrade. Sorry y'all, you probably worked very hard on it but the previous version was fulfilling my use cases perfectly and the new is just not. Launching the app into my watching series list is slow (what is it doing?), marking an episode as watched is slow, going from portrait to landscape when I turn my device is slow, and I miss the previous separation of watched/to watched -- why are future episodes shown in this confusing way? Big, big meh overall.

Used this app for years, but with the latest update it's so slow. And alot of episodes aren't being tracked or even showing up on the app even though they have been released. The limit is new and unwelcome and the new UI became counterintuitive. Revert the app to the old interface or at least make this one work please. Have not renewed my premium since the update because it simply isn't worth it anymore.

Love the content, so far have every show I've been looking for ... Looking forward to a movie version... 11-27-20 Had to revise my review from 5stars to 2stars. Had app since 2016 was loving the ease, design & content...even added MoviesFad once you got that running. After last major update, the service went downhill. Wasn't as easy to use, slow & constant server issues. Found a replacement, deleted my account & just removed the app from all my devices. It took me awhile to do that because I really liked what you had before this last major update.

This app use to amazing with the update its gone down hill. It no longer tells me when new episodes of my shows are on, and instead it constantly does computing/scanning my phone which I don't like. I will keep it for now until they update to how it use to be. Until then, I will have to put it to no notification and turn off all allow permissions.

Disappionted with this cutrent versions (3.0.3) SeriesFad. I am following alot of shows and it is very incovenient. Please give us back the previous versions or upgrade to better versions. Too much unnecessary information and outloook on this version. I wouldnt have updated exept the fact that I could not add more shows. Not a very friendly user interface. Consumes a lot of data and very slow. Also its not very operational offline relative tp earlier versions

The new update seems fine, but one of the annoying things in it that I hope gets fixed soon. I have the home screen widget, when I click on an episode, it opens it. the back button closes the app. I want either the back button to go to the selected startup tab from settings. Or, the startup tab name (in my case, "Next to watch") to be clickable in the widget an open the selected tab. I'll update my rating to 5 stars when it's done

Hmm, I really liked this and wanted to make it my traction client of choice. I couldn't, because of the lack of synching of ratings. I contacted the dev a month ago, and despite chasing, haven't had a single word of response. In the meantime, I found the reddit, and saw others asking about ratings and realised it was unlikely to be forthcoming. Meanwhile synching stopped working a few days ago and just errors now. I disconnected Trakt but can't reconnect it now because the FEMA page is broken.
