TV Towers - TV Antenna Finder & Free TV Shows

First of all, it takes a while to learn the interface. Secondly I didn't like how it popped up a seemingly non dismissable modal asking for a rating before I could even figure it out. But at the end of the day it gives you a great vector on far towers which is what matters. Seems much more accurate than apps that use the magnetic compass and are influenced by the antenna itself. My problem station is now coming in 5/5.

Not sure... Has a lot of pop up adds but considering how often a person needs to use this app it's not really a problem. The pointer that points to the stations worked really well at first but after a few minutes of playing around it lost it barings almost 180 degrees off. That could even be acceptable if it just pointed backwards. Since it stopped giving me straight line between me and the station........ I'll try it at another time. weather or something else may be affecting it at the moment.

it works well, just as decribed. I am using several other apps that are similar/supposed to work the same as this app. I have found this one to be one of the better ones out there. The radius tab/function could be improved if it stated/had imperial & or metric distance added to the funtion. I can not comment on remote function since I have a new mobile phone, and the developer stated that it only function on older models though which model/year were not mentioned.

My favorite of the antenna apps I downloaded. Simple features and easy to use. Doesn't have the issues I encountered in other apps and I believe it's due to the simplicity of this app whereas other apps try to put too many features in that slow them down and cause glitchiness. Good job on this one.

This used to be a great app. Now I get a "something went wrong" when it opens and the data download from the fcc database never finishes and gets stuck at the end of the blue completion line, and app stalls there. Hopefully it can be fixed. This was the best.

Amazing application with minimal ads! I was able to locate all local channels nearby and watch live cable TV streams like ESPN on my phone. There is a pop-up video player so the app doesn't have to be open to watch the streams. You can watch over other apps. 5 Stars!

This is a great APP. I use it when camping in my RV. It makes it easy to find the direction of towers for me to point my antenna and catch free TV programming. Note: After waiting for nearly a year, the APP has been fixed and is working again. Thank you.

I travel to many race tracks on the east coast. I rely on TV towers to help me point the direction of my digital antenna towards the stations I can get. Some tracks are rural and my antenna just isn't strong enough to get a signal. But tracks like Road Atlanta and Barber get many stations. It also depends on the location of the camper.

Useless! Trying to point antenna in right direction for OTA TV. The map is blank even with my GPS working, and also works in other apps. If you can't even find where the towers are, you can't change the antenna position or anything else. Uninstalled and as always that is the truth.

This is a great app for people that watch TV will a digital antenna. Not only does it show you the exact direction to point your antenna to pick up the stations you want but this app also has some cool features to where you can actually watch the Network's right from the app.

FCC database? Please try again! I have limited data! Perhaps it shouldn't search until after plugjng in your zip code and search range. Update 9/18/21 Working a lot better. Wish I could hide the towers I wish. Can't confirm compass directions as my phone doesn't have one. Thanks

This app was exactly what I have been looking for since getting rid of cable. I showed the app to one of the technicians at my local Best Buy and he took down the info to share with his friends. He said getting a reliable source for local news has been the toughest thing people wanting to cut the cable face and this may help solve that issue.

Ads are far too intrusive for this app to be usable. I wish I could review the features, but it's nearly impossible with constant ads. There is a right way and a wrong way to display ads... This is the wrong way.

this appears to be a great, though I just started using it. My only suggestion would be to extend the time "in app" before the rating/review pop-up so the user can leave a more representative of review. Don't be so eager to get the numbers, everyone has those, but few have clear high quality reviews... just a thought, thank you for all of your team's development work!

This app is the best for locating broadcast towers for surrounding TV stations and aiming OTA antennas. The ads though will drive you to distraction. I wish there was a premium ad-free version.

Happy to find this app! Reception in Neosho, Missouri is very poor. Not close to cities, lots of Ozark hills. We watch Fox News and weather. That's it! So, dropping cable ($50/mo.) would justify an expensive pole and external antenna. But where to place it and where to point? This seems like exactly what I wanted for that answer.

App works better now, but functionally is awkward. List view shows all towers as being north for some reason. Disruptive ads now replaced by incessant requests to rate the app before you even get a chance to finish trying it.

This thing is garbage. The map doesnt turn when you move your phone and its impossible to locate the proper direction to set your rotator. I cant believe the maker of this thing would think that people would like it, or use it.

You have to upgrade to find all the towers and get full use of this app. Haven't tried to tune in any towers yet so can't say if it works well but it does seem better than another app I was trying to use.

This app doesn't work for my Motorola phone, no matter how I point my phone, all stations appear to be straight ahead pointing up to the top of the phone. Other antenna finder apps work fine for me.

amazing. i bought a flat atenna, felt i would spend a couple of days trying to find a signal. this app located,showed on map location to my home, and how many miles from me it is. also showed me a cluster in opposite direction in relation to my home!!! you deserve 25 stars. anyone that does not use this is foolish***.thank you.

Not really working on my phone. I get the map up but that's about it. None of the buttons work. Tried un/reinstalling several time with the same result. I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown.

It's a great app for checking every online ad while you just need to know where a close tv antenna is to monitor severe weather. I wanted to know if I was safe, instead all I got was relentless political ads. Useless.

Hijacks your phone. A screen pops up in the app demanding a rating from 1 to 5 stars... and unless you give at least one star, the popup window WILL NOT go away. Also, the app brought me to this review that I am writing. It hijacked my screen and brought me here. I am mad that it left the app and brought me to this screen! This app sucks. Wish I could give it a zero- star rating.

just started using the app but it seems accurate and fairly simple. I'll update after I'm done adjusting my antennas. I'll let you know how many stations I can get from NPR Florida.

confusing to use, and poor filtering of stations, lots of stations listed which are low power and thus not recieved. uses miles to set radius but lists station distances in kilometers

it's good to know what those towers are. since i battle to get a signal for cell. just so you know I'm testing tv antennas from 5dollar to "the best" pointing them exactly don't matter. 150 mile range works only if your on top of a mountain. like fm radio line of sight. mark out your channels and look at a topical map. just enjoy it and try that 1/4 turn. my dad use to say to both of us grab the ears and he would say stop... dont move the football game just started. 🤣🤔 great app. I like the gps

Crashed my Galaxy. Hangs on FCC latest station finder. Ad blocked initial use. Never did correctly locate the stations. Not recommended.

great for figuring out where I need to point my rotational ota antenna and for knowing what shows are on each channel. for the cost of our rotational antenna ($59) and the aid of this app, I save between and $200 to $300 a month based on what we were paying for cable.

Good for finding transmitter locations. Interface is clunky. App does not tie all the features together in a logical way.
