Quite simple and straight to the point. This app is much less visually busy than the website and allows for basic actions to be performed quickly. My only complaint would be security. In my opinion, a pin should not be set at the same time as biometric login. Also, 2FA should be an option for accounts in general, but that's beyond just this app. Other than that, it serves its purpose well enough.

I only have one complaint about tva, it is hard as heck to get a loan approved! I have tried several times. You have to be rolling in the money or have zero debt and a very very good credit score. How are you suppose to build a credit score if you can't get a loan to make payments on? On the other hand, depositing checks in the atm is a breeze amd has been very helpful for me. I like that it credits my account almost emediatly

I love this app! I use it all the time to move money between my personal savings and checking accounts. The transfers are instant and I can open the app quickly with my fingerprint. If you have a debit card with KTVACU, make sure to get the complementary Control My Card app, and you'll be all set!

Love my tva app. This app is not buggy. Like all apps they have to be updated from time to time. All I had to do was update my app, enter my email, and I was logged in. Really simple. If any app doesn't work, this should be the first step everyone takes. Also bill pay is wonderful. Only lag time is if the bill you are paying doesn't take electronic payments. It will tell you how its being sent check or electronic. Believe it or not a lot of places still do not accept electronic payments.

This app always has something wrong with it. Runs like hot garbage. Half the time I try to just log in and check my balance I have to reload the app numerous times as it just sits on the loading screen forever. I've had this app for years and it's almost never been a smooth experience. I literally just want to log in and look at my balance. Something that should take literally 5 seconds and I have to fight with this app for 10 minutes at a time

A simple to use, clearly programmed, app which makes it very easy to transfer money around, pay bills, check credit scores, and do other financial transactions. A great success as it has been very reliable for me.

I love using their Bank app. It lets me know what has cleared already and what is still pending. I can also transfer money between my checking and savings account, and I love being able to lock my card when I'm not using it. The only reason I didn't give them five stars, is occasionally it won't let me log in to control my card.

Extremely convenient and user friendly. Great app to have when on the go or traveling. As always, the KTVAECU does not disappoint. The only feature I'd like to see are my scheduled transfers but it's not a big deal.

Ive been using this app or an updated version of the app since 2015 with little or no issues. This is by far the best credit union ive had dealt with in my 60+ years of banking. The issues ive noted from other user comments ive seen but were very easy fixes as it's typically the users phone causing the connection problems. Clear memory under settings, device maintenance.

I love using the TVA app. I rarely go to the bank. I deposit checks, pay bills, check my balances and can move money for quick spontaneous purchases. This has been especially useful during the pandemic.

i love the convenience, but it constantly freezes on the neverending round and round circle to where I have to uninstall and reinstall several times, restart my phone several times and maybe on the 10th try they might let me log in. chances are I'm going to have to call in and reset everything again. rad.

Have never had any issues with the bank. After being Bluetooth scammed and taken for a small sum the bank was very cooperative and helpful. Money was back in my account within 36 hours and I was given a free pass for any overdrafts if needed. I did not however turned a potentially terrible experience into a much less stressful problem. Thank you to them and their employees!!!

I love banking with TVA. I have been with them for about 5 years now and I couldn't see myself with any other bank! Best service! Always get paid a day or two early! If anyone sends me money, deposits money, or anything along those lines, they don't hold it they put it in there automatically! Best banking choice I ever made!

I loved the app, quick and convienent.. However now I keep getting an error occured when trying to log in. I have deleted and reinstalled the app and the same issue!!! I hope this is a temporary issue because I called to check my balance and it wouldn't let me because it said the bank was closed. Frustrating!

Depositing checks needs to be improved. I tried 5-6 times to deposit a check. Kept getting msg that check couldn't be read (had photo on auto) or that the $ amt differed from the check amt but they were both the same. Photo needs to be improved a lot to be taken in color like a lot of other banks.

I love TVA, they have been the BEST bank we've ever had!! Love the app too! Easy to use, quick, and informational. I would, and do refer everybody to TVA for a great banking and online banking experience!!!

I used to love this app for its convenience. Now I hate it. For the last several months, it has been down for some reason. Every time I go to log in, it asks me for a delivery address, only the page is blank. What do they need a delivery address for??? I have uninstalled and reinstalled many times. I've reset my phone. I've called troubleshooting. Nothing. The website is also down. Asks me for phone number but the drop box is broke. No one seems to know how to fix it. Very disappointing 😒😒

This app is terrible. It takes forever to load and gives you an "unknown error" 50% of the time. Then again, the TVA website is down half the time as well, so the two issues may be related. They have enough of my money that you would think they could afford a better app. 🤷🏼‍♀️

Always easy to mobile deposit,move money from one account to another. Customer service goes out of their way to get what you need done and explain how to navigate online banking when you have a issue. Great app.

I have been overjoyed with TVAECU! I left ORNL to join due to the services dept. working with lending better. I have not looked back. The app is as fluid as any I have used. Very proud to call them my Credit Union.

It lags alot. And I hate the fact that you set up quick access and still have to put your password in to send money. That's a bunch of bull to have to do that. And to be able to talk to someone takes forever I was put on the call back list and Noone ever called me back

Amazing App!!!! I have several bank accounts and this is one of the best apps I use. I love the PIN log in, and it's easy to use!!! They work to correct any issues in a timely manner!!!!

Keep on getting error code 404 and tried to get help with the issue nobody knows how to fix it and it eventually fixes it self after weeks and it has done it again I signed on all sorts of devices to see if they will work they all say the same thing I have uninstalled and that doesn't work either

We have had TVA for 3 years. They are excellent at everything they do. Even through our money troubles they were there for us, never making us feel bad and treating us always like a valued customer. I would recommend them to all! Thank you for being a customer based institution.

Very easy to use banking app. Love that this bank allows mobile deposit. That was truly a game changer and saves so much time. The deposits go in very quickly!!
