I installed the app on iPad, after numerous times of trying to login it finally worked. Every 10 minutes the app freezes and had to uninstall app and login again countless times. Customer service on the phone is really bad. Hire some skilled staff instead of putting a part time house wife to work. No wonder people rather buy illegal TV pad instead buying your lousy subscription!

It only works with select devices. At first, thought it only works with Chinese devices but it works with Amazon fire not with Nexus tablet even on the same network
