App needs a lot of improvement and serious fixes. I am casting video on TV from the app. Sometimes it plays and sometimes it doesn't. There is no playlist. I have to individually play each episodes when I cast from phone. App is not at all user-friendly. If one is using this for free, it's fine but it's not worth if you paying for the subscription.

Hi, We love to watch TVF, it make us happy immediately,but I installed this app on my TV. Unfortunately found app isn't user friendly on TV. The play button is at right bottom, which is not clearly visible. Can't understand easily pause or resume. I suggest if you can make resume, play from beginning and basics on top or middle so that on remote buttons movements it can be visible and user can change options easily. Like Amazon prime has resume, season selection, start over options.

You guys have ruined me. You guys provide perfect content. The flow of story is the best. Great background music, great detailing, Perfect spots to shoot each part of the story. Sometimes I feel it would have better if you would have directed other shows out there apart from TVF where story is good. Thank you so much! Keep entertaining us.!!

Nice content but there's a problem with the app. The captions disappear suddenly in a video and come back again after a few minutes. Hope they fix it in an update. There's another problem—the app doesn't respond with a single tap sometimes. This must be fixed as soon as possible.

Your " Not able to play the video" is quite irritating. When net connection goes off , the dialog appears and doesn't cancel itself when network reappears. When you click OK in this dialog button, you should not destroy the app. You can keep it in the bachground or take the user to the home activity. Thats all.

UI is so bad it gives me anxiety trying to get rid of play/pause option when video starts to play. Video doesn't resume from where you stopped. Selecting next video is big pain. Better watch on a browser and save a headache of using this app.

Many times the videos cannot be played, and this problem has been going for a very long time. The video stops automatically in between, and then cannot be viewed ever. The content on the app is excellent, but such issues bring down the joy of enjoying these videos. Hope you guys will take this issue into notice and act upon it as soon as possible.

The app has issues and seriously needs to be seen to. Everytime I watch a video half way through it's says that it cannot play the video. And stops , I have start the video all over again. And when I tried downloading the video it did download but refused to play. So I'm disappointed. And bored! Now that I can't see the awesome videos.

I genuinely liked the app. It is Very well built. No in-between ads. The content is amazing. However i faced one issue and that is whenever You change the video quality while watching a video and the app goes in background, the quality resets to Auto. Please look into it.

Hi I am not able to cancel the subscription for tvf. That option is not there in app as well as on Web. It only has option to renew. As I have viewed all the series and I am not using since 1 year , would like to cancel my subscription. Please advise. Regards Aniruddha

good content .. bad service infrastructure. [1] The video quality degrades within 5 minutes of playing. I hit back 10 seconds and it's good again but for less than 5 mins and then it degrades to worse than SD. [2] App experience is awful. takes so many clicks to get to the show I want to watch. Doesn't make it clear at all that last episode of a show that I watched and leaves doubt if I resumed after the last episode i watched. Seasons and Episodes are listed unclearly & non-uniformly when you reach a show through search or by browsing.

There is no doubt in shows quality. but the app interface is really bad. i start watching any video. then after 3 seconds it automatically stops . again i click on play ,it plays for almost 3 seconds and stops. there is no internet related issue .bcz i can watch that video in full hd at the same time on youtube. fix the bug.

App is decent. doesnt play well with landscape orientation on tablets. Google gives a fair warning that the app is not optimized for my samsung table. subtitles are way too small and some of the video controls are but clunky. The monetization strategy seems to have overestimated their popularity. latest app update mandates payment to access content. At $4 a month this is 1/2th the price of Netflix basic plan and delivers content far less in volume and quality than Netflix. Stick to Ads!

Great content. Just one doubt: how do I watch the videos in full-screen mode? Even after enabling the full-screen mode (as we do in youtube, Netflix, etc.), I am seeing the home, back buttons on the screen alongside the video - which, for me, is a big turn-off.... Please help.

Nonetheless what people are saying I had amazing experience with TVFPlay. But the problem is I have downloaded whole season of FLAMES and I can't find where the videos are stored. Even though I can play through app but it doesn't show up on my gallery video list. You all are using some unsupported video format.

Why don't tvf app has "fill to screen" option? In this world of notches, its soo annoying to see something in small ratio than your screen. Every entertaiment app zooms the video to fit the screen ratio, i think tvf should also take a step ahead now. The only thing that makes me unistall this app is the video screen ratio problem which can be easily solved by zooming the video. I will use your app when you will introduce this function in your app. Please look into the problem soon, cause many people with iphone x or with notches face the same thing. And its annoying and unsatisfying.

The Content is as good as it gets, nothing to complaint about there, but once we start to talk about the app itself, things start to fall apart. the visual side of things are cool. but the UI itself is very janky. look forward to seeing it improved in the kater versions. If you guys get the app right nothing can stop you from becoming India's best entertainment entity.

The struggle is real. Every now and then there is a message "not able to play the video" and the video closes, completely destroying the mood. Moveover when u try to continue there will ALWAYS be an Ad(30 sec). Even though the content is awesome this ruins the fun

Oof this app has serious usability issues especially if your are trying to cast it on your TV. Why should I rotate the app to landscape when I can cast my videos in portrait mode other apps. If you are copying YouTube then copy them properly. Also there's a weird watch now screen that pops up and if I am watching a series it's so hard for me to go back to the episodes. Last but not the least the app downloads lower quality videos and no subtitles when casting at 300mbps speed. So annoying 🙄

All the episodes and content is purely 100% original and the app is also awesome. Few points of improvement -Chromecast is a little buggy i get a buffering issue when i try to cast it on my tv -not supported by android tv yet :( -UI can be a little more fluidic come on man your developers are supposed to be better And last but not the least please bring back to life pitchers season 2 WTH happened man that was supposed to be your lead show and all! Even humurously yours didnt get a season 2!

The worst app ever. There are so many technical errors and its annoying while using the app. There is unnecessary pop up when you press back button on the video and if you start playing another video two videos will play at the same time. Please fix the issues with the app.

While watching a video it just pops withs a note saying not able to play the video and an ok button and the app crashes after that and then I open the app gain and watch the video from starting in my Samsung Note 9 . It happens areounf 4 times in an hour and is really annoying. Please fix the issue or I have to get my membership canceled.

Contents of tvf+timeliners are out of the world .. But the stream quality of the app is very bad . sometimes it lags & stops without any reason , something the video just doesn't open/play , also the auto video quality choosing system is bad because it chooses the lowest quality no matter how good your internet connection are .. unfortunately it doesn't match the streaming experience of other apps like Netflix/Prime .. I dont know maybe because its free but i trust tvf to fix the issue .

i watch videos on 2x or 1.75x on YouTube, saves time and i can watch a lot more in lesser time. but such a simple feature is missing from the app. it's not been addressed even with latest update. so can't help but to go back to YouTube to see your content.

i am using youtube, zee5 and some other applications where I did not experience any video buffering. I am using WiFi with very nice internet speed, still video is buffering too much only in TVF. Then I thought I will download and then watch. But videos are not downloading at all. Download is getting paused automatically. what's wrong with this TVF app.

Nice concept but there are few things where i want changes as a user and a developer 1.The app is not fast and smooth, while i am downloading an episode and at the same time going through my feed app was lagging. 2.The UI/UX of the app can be improved, it just not up to the mark. 3.I don't know what kind of business model TVF is operating on, but if you guys are providing any episode for downloading at 720p then all the episodes should be available at 720p but this is not the case. Thank you

Initially it started off with good shows, and their intentions looked great. But later on quality fell drastically. It just became another business minded organization with shows filled with cliche and cheap attention drawing stuff with no real content. I guess its business aspect getting higher priority than creativity, and hence its getting filled petty shows most likely directed by complete amateurs.

Please add the skip time button settings from 10seconds to 5 seconds. It really is a big deal for me. I have this constant habit of goving back a dialogue. And 10seconds is really annoying. Rest all good. this update is really good, the thumbnails loads fast.
