TVOne – Stream Full Episodes

What happened??? I was starting to think something was wrong with my phone but seeing other recent reviews lets me know it's the app. I uninstalled/re-installed & that actually made it worse. Everything was working just fine before your last update(s). I've been trying to watch my usual series but now it shows a blank black screen and doesn't play. After I reinstalled none of the show poster images display anymore as well. Now I get "You are not authorized to view this content" message. Pls fix!

This app needs to update its list of TV providers! ASAP! I find this to be the problem. When it asks you to pick a provider of your cable service, TV TVOne's list of providers is outdated. Many providers like DirecTV Stream aren't even listed so you can't even sign in to view the content. SMH! It's 2022 TVOne, get with the program.

This app is not a perfect app but it aired shows that many of us enjoy such as, The Cosby Show, Living Single, & A Different World. The app is no longer working without notice, plus I can no longer access the TV One channel on my DirecTV app. In order to watch TV ONE, I will have to go to my living room and watch it on my television. It was so convenient watching my favorite shows in my bed on my tablet. TV One can at least provide an explanation on what's going on.

This app is horrible. The developers need to go back to the drawing table. This app barely worked before, now it is not working at all. There are serious lags between ads and shows. You have to kill the app in order to resume the show, well that was previously. Now it just doesn't work at all and it does not show the error message to identify whst is wrong!!!👎🏾👎🏾👎🏾

Haven't been able to log into app for months. I have contacted them no response. This channel has the best shows but this app sucks. Even when I could log in it wouldn't make it through a whole episode without problems. Who is on this team and why haven't they fixed the issues. Would also be great if it was on Roku like all the other Apps.

Update: It's been over a year later and TVOne still hasn't listened to the people about being able to sign in with Spectrum or WoW! as their cable TV providers. I'm paying for the channel with my cable subscription, so I should be able to use the app if I wanted to. I'm surprised the app has lasted this long without being revamped! If I could give it half a star, I would. I can't sign in with my cable TV provider. I have spectrum, and although TV One is on Spectrum, they're not listed as a cable provider option to watch. I don't understand why they are not listed as a cable provider but I am paying for this channel every month.

I was able to use this app problem free 2 months ago!! Now some episodes won't play all the way through..and others won't play at all. It starts buffering and that's it.... NOTHING!! i wouldn't bother downloading this app. No one seems to be concerned with fixing the glitches. Save yourself the frustration!

READ YOUR REVIEWS: I cannot sign into this TV ONE app using my TV provider Xfinity and this has been an ongoing issue for the last past 2 weeks. I have and use other TV apps and I'm signed in with no problem. I've signed out and then signed back in those other TV apps just too make sure that it wasn't an issue on my end and apparently it's not an issue with signing in with them, just only a problem with you all. Could you all please fix this? I know that I'm not the only one having this problem

This app use to be great....has the best shows for us by us. Now I can no longer log into the app....tried two different cable providers. I even deleted the app off my phone and now it's no longer available in the Google Play Store 🤔....maybe updates are otw 🙏🏽. It would be nice to be able to download the app to my Fire stick like every other cable TV app. Very disappointing because I missed an entire season of "Unsung" one of my favorite shows. Come on people get it together ASAP.

App constantly crashes when commercial comes on and never recovers, you have to close the app, restart the app, find the show that you were watching, and then watch maybe 5mins then it crashes again. I fell asleep watching a episode on my phone, when I woke up in the morning the screen was still buffering. So for about 6 to 8 hours of buffering that's horrible this app gets a thumbs down from me while I love the shows on TVone this app is horrible. Please update your app

WHEN ARE YOU FIXING THIS APP??? At this point you might as well get rid of it. Every week you air new episodes, but the app isn't updated with the latest episodes at all, on all devices. However, you shouldn't have to sign-in so much, anytime you close the app or change programming. Also, you're missing continuous playback, why do I have to go back to the beginning to start the next episode of the same show, smdh.

Apparently no cares that this app doesn't work. It's never worked right, and out of all these bad reviews, the developer says nothing. If I can login, then it freezes after an ad shows. This occurs frequently, so to watch a show for an hour I have to restart the app 4 times, find the program again and hope it remembered my location. Why doesn't this app have a recently watched section? I'm giving up on it.. I'll stick with ID Go. You'll get no more ad dollars from my viewing.

I sent a feedback email stating the app won't allow me to stream. Once I click on the show I would like to watch, a pop up appears . The pop up says there an error and to go in the settings section and give feedback about the issue. The problem was never fixed and there was no response to my email.

Free Cable TV through an app. It don't get no better than that. You can stay up on all the current relative shows, and things that matter to our culture. And you don't have to wait for it, you can watch it Live at regular scheduled time.And you can watch it on demand after that. This is the way TV and technology has gone. We don't want to wait for long, and we'd like to watch it right now, and from anywhere makes it all the better. Live Streaming baby.TV on any device. TVOne Yes and absolutely!

At one point in time I was using this app with no major issues. For almost a month now I can not log in with my verizon info. A default error keeps popping up. It's clearly an error within this particular app because my info works with every other app that I use. Why has this app not been updated since 2017? Why is there not a version available for Amazon (prime and fire stick) or Roku? App will be deleted until I see that there is an update, because since I can't log in its useless.

This app is terrible. When you start movies, and they don't start. You have to go out the app, and restart again. it's stops in the middle of a movie for no reason. You have no Chromecast support. The app has not been update in forever. Show some love, and fix it!!!!

Have never been able to sign into this app. Keeps displaying message "your package does not include this channel, please contact your TV provider". Well, my provider is AT&T U-Verse and the channel is in fact part of my package! Based on other reviews, this is sad excuse for an app! I have no other problems signing in with my TV provider on any other of the numerous other apps I use! Fix your app and I'll update my review!!!

It has not worked for the past 6 months. I have contacted the company per request of app. I keep trying to sign in with my provider and it does not work. Very frustrating! You cannot watch the shows via the website only through the app. PLEASE FIX THE APP ASAP! I am missing my shows, ugh!

Way to go TVOne!!! You all had a format that was working beautifully, then on 9/10/2021, you all changed back to where it isn't working anymore(i.e. Live streaming and scheduling). I don't understand why you would go backwards from a decent rating back to 1's and 2's! I was being generous in giving you a 2, and ordinarily I don't like to rate services, but I had to because you went something working to back to familiar...SAD!!! I only hope you fix what was not broken so we can move on!

I really didnt want to give this a star but cant post without it. Yall gets no stars from me. This is some BS. Why am I getting Error 0033? We pay for the damn cable. DirecTV. Your customer service suks big time. Fix this mess so all of us having problems can watch our shows on this app. Channel works fine on the TV. FIX IT!!!!!!!!!

This stupid app simply refuses to operate. I've tried it on my phone, my laptop, and my Roku TV. I've tried uninstalling & reinstalling. It's disheartening since I can see that there's new content, but I can't access it 😫

App was working fine at first but now it is absolute trash. The problems started with shows not loading or playing properly and then it booted me out and I haven't been able to log back in. I deleted the app months ago but I re-download it occasionally to see if at least the login problem has been fixed and nope nothing. It's disappointing that the developers aren't listening to complaints and attempting to fix them cause when the app actually worked I loved it and used it regularly.

The worst app ever. I keep logging in to my TV provider but it doesn't recognize it and keeps telling me to login in. Mind you I was logged in a week ago. The videos stop playing when it's time for a commercial, and then you have to restart the video every time. They also play the same commercial over and over again. SO ANNOYING!

This app is trash!!! Constant crashes. Errors saying "problems with the player". Can't get through a single episode of anything without it crashing when there's an ad. It's very fruatrating having to constantly close and restart episodes to get through to the end. Please address.

This app has been trash for years! It's a shame nobody has bothered to fix it! I removed it 2 years ago. Just installed again and still can't watch anything, even after logging in....says I'm not authorized to watch.....WHAT?? Removing again & I guess I'll have to hope the episodes air again since they're also unavailable On Demand....DO BETTER TV ONE!

You all updated with this most recent app and it's worse than the last one. Constantly having to sign in and 10 minutes of straight ads. I closed the program I was watching and heading over to YouTube. Get it together TV one this is the only network we can watch programs about AA true crime... Barely

Please consider just pulling the app. With the various complaints from no proper updates to no longer being able to stream live even with a valid satellite or cable subscription, this is a classic example why black programming doesn't get the support it could. Once again our plea is ignored!

Don't waste your time trying to download this horrible app. I have Xfinity as a provider and it won't allow me to login. I tried my login on other apps and it works perfectly. They seriously need to read the reviews and make the necessary changes to this app. You are better off going to YouTube to watch their tv shows. This is the worst app ever!!!!

You have some great programs/content but terrible app and accessibility. Most of your competitors have they own app/platforms to watch all their content for a price and give cable providers access. TVOne seem to be stick with the cable providers. No point in having an app built arround the cable provider to watch content that do not have all the episodes. Holla at me for some help on how to revamp your app and marketing strategies so you can compete with your competitors!

I don't understand why all of a sudden I can't sign into the app using my service provider. It was working fine up until recently. I've sent emails and of course nobody got back with me or fixed a darn thing. I can't watch anything on the app via my phone or on my smart TV. If y'all don't want viewers just say that!
