No longer available n cost was too much anyway. (Previous rating was 4*) app is great but overall service & options are nowhere near what other security cameras provide such as clarity, built in sensors, audio, etc. plan to change system soon unless Spectrum steps their services up. seems it's not a big deal to them, no ads, no push to sell... just my take. very pricey compared to others too!

if I could give this app a zero, I would! I have installed and reinstalled this app so many times, I quit counting! I have been on the phone with spectrum/time Warner for hours and no one seem to know what to do! this is unacceptable @unbelievable! so today I decided to read the reviews and I cant be more disappointed! the problem is: it has worked for over a year on this phone, so what is the problem now? why all of a sudden it doesn't work? and know one can fix it! stop blaming, fix it!

Too many bugs and the system is very spotty on rather it wants to work or not. Anyone having an issue of it not working outside your home. That is due to the unit picking up your WiFi which makes it switch. If you were to turn off your WiFi it would work quicker.

The app is no longer working on my Note 8 running Android Pie. Looking at the app details it specifically says the app was designed for Android 6.0 and later. This appears to have been lost in the shuffle between TWC and Spectrums merger. I was lied to by Spectrum and told the app is updated every time there is a software update. Again it has not been up dated since Nov. 15, 2017 which was Android 6.0. Now my home security is practically unusable when out of the house.

It says system arming but it doesn't or it shows disarmed & the alarm goes off! Tech support with Spectrum is useless! It locks up the phone sometimes & you have to reboot it to start over. We have gotten errors that it can't connect with icontrol also & tech support says uninstall & reinstall.

Stopped working after s9 update. As a fix for people, I had to turn off "keep me signed in". Otherwise I had to keep uninstalling. Now it works, I just have to sign in each time. Which is a PITA. This app is well overdue for an update.

This app is a bit dated, could have easier controls and widgets for common actions. It would be amazing if it would integrate into the Google home network so I could arm the system or check the sensors with voice commands.

Crashes too often, frequently not able to sign it. Can't rely on being able to remotely turn on and off from android. SPECTRUM, PLEASE UPDATE. HOW MANY CUSTOMERS DO YOU HAVE TO LOOSE BEFORE YOU FIX THE PROBLEM??????

Sometimes it takes several tries to connect, especially when some distance from home. Other than that occasional frustration, it's a great App!

Needs to be upgraded to work with Assistant or Alexa. It works fine on it's own platform but I'd like to be able to add it to my smart home devices!

have trouble with sign in right outside of my home...according to the tech...modem is not positioned high enough in the room and therefore is experiencing interference with internet modem...which by the way is also thru TWC. spoke with twc last weekend and according to them, updated app has been sent to google play and should be released soon but still haven't seen it.

It's comforting to be able to view my house from anywhere. To see the temperature inside, and to be able adjust it from my phone if needed, is a relief when we're no where near home.

The camera sometimes will connect but a lot of times will not. Very frustrating because it defeats the purpose of you cant see.

I cant use this app at all. The camera doesnt show me anything, i cant arm or disarm it, and it gives me server error messages but no way to fix it. The only thing this app is good for is seeing if your alarm is armed or not.

app is what is after the charter takeover. people fail to realize that spectrum was no longer using intelligent home. so whoever has it can use the app somewhat but nothin like before. system still works fine. dont plan on updates from this app. be glad it didnt just get deleted.

I have to uninstall and reinstall app daily just to sign in now. Unable to set alarm or view cameras. Once re-installed the app works for a few hours. Please fix issue.

Very glitchy and outdated... Yet spectrum won't upgrade their own TWC alarm system and this app without upcharges. So I'm stuck with old alarm system and a glitchy app....

For some reason unbeknownst to me it refuses to sign me in now. Not even 2 weeks ago it was working great. Once the issue gets fixed i can up it back to 5 stars but until then its only gettin 2 from me.

Spectrum has horrible customer service...you spend 2-3-4 hrs on the phone trying to fix their incompetency...then they make you pay for service that their system messed up....a waste of life waiting on the phone and to get transferred 4-5 times to people you have completely reiterate you entire story for them to say "hold please and I'll transfer you"....their commercials are a joke...they show all this high tech stuff that your house will do....They can't even keep the TV working!!!?
