When I click on the headline in my notifications it usually takes me to a different story and I can not find the story I was looking for.

Half the time when I go to check the weather the app won't load. Then when it does it won't show any rain when it's raining out. Third they want all this info and make you sign up for the news and it's a pain

Used app for months now it says I need to sign in. But wont go to the sign in page. Uninstalled and reinstalled same issues. Apps as good as their service

Before Spectrum bought out Bright House, this weather service was THE best, most accurate one out there for our area. Now it's less accurate than Weather Channel. I still use the app for the Klystron 9 and some news, but I never use their weather predictions anymore. They're not very accurate. I'm saddened because now our Bay Area is less good in this field than the national weather services, when we used to be among the best.

The "live tv" no longer works for me. I've used this app for over a year with no problems but lately the live TV just buffers and says channel not available try again later. I've Uninstalled and reinstalled app many times 😰 I really miss not watching live weather. Please fix this issue❣️

I really like this App and I'll rate this a 5 because they bring Live Coverage Coast To Coast Via Breaking News 24 Hours a Day. I just got a New Phone from US Cellular and I don't want my Screen to get broken and my Batteries damaged. I want everyone to Download this App for a review and tell others what you think they should do next. Connecting with Friends and Family that knows you well. I'll have to go to the Settings and Clear Cache and Storage from my Home Page. Thank you for helping me out

The new weather map is horrible. It takes several clicks and then dragging to get to the map to open it. Once in motion, it automatically goes three hours in the future; no way to change that. Clicking to freeze motion does not freeze at current time; it requires jogging back and forth and still won't stop on current time. The worst part is there is no way to save overlays. They have to be selected again each time the map is opened. I downloaded this for the weather map...I'm deleting it.

The old app was so good for weather. Why change it? This new app is not weather oriented, cannot save overlays, and it also will not allow the user to take a screen shot of the radar map due to the security policy! Why is this important? My family and I have to communicate a lot about weather conditions between one of us being inland and another on the water. I could always rely on capturing and sharing those accurate images and have a record. Going to find a more user friendly app for weather.

Very well designed app. It is clean, sharp looking and organized well. I read a previous reviewers review and he mentioned not being able to log in as a spectrum subscriber. In the opening screens when you first install the app I noticed that I couldn't log in either. Once in the app tap on the outline of a person in the top left. In there you can choose to sign in, it worked for me.

This new version of the weather radar map is completely unusable. Why make unnecessary changes to something that wasn't broken in the first place? 1. you can't save your preferences for overlays & views and the movement is choppy. 2. the future radar prediction is worthless and confusing. 3. lightning strike data is inaccurate 4. There are many more issues but not enough room here to list them all! The only way to fix what's wrong with the radar map is to make it EXACTLY like the old one.

All the other big companies: Haha lets copy paste the description in updates! We will never satisfy their curiosity. Spectrum news: "Fix bug cave man fix bug. Cave man fix black flashing on older devices"

I still don't understand why they got rid of the last app. That one was perfect for trying to watch what the weather was going to do. This new one although I like the future radar part, it's super glitchy and isn't exactly accurate. I have another weather app that I use that works better and smoother than this one. It'll be pouring outside but this app will show nothing on the radar, while my other app shows heavy rain.

I rate the new app a "0". The new app is the worst thing ever! Weather is very hard to see, the radar mad does not work half the time, and all I see is a bunch of articles that you think is "news" but it's really just any story they can fit on the page....its slow, lags and doesn't show you what we actually use the app for in the first place..you reverted your technology and somehow made a good app garbage. Gotta find a new weather app now. Thanks spectrum!

Important and excellent source for local news.

I can't believe that accompany as big as Spectrum would completely go backwards. I'm all for upgrades and changes but this entire new app is horrible! The old app had everything did everything looked nicer, and even sent us texts. Now we have the text being discontinued this app doesn't do half as much as the last one, and it doesn't send any notifications. Horrible!

Up to the minute news stories, and more. Like it so far.

I am writing because I miss the old version of your app. I don't find the wind speed that was available in the old one or the pollen counts readily available. This would be a great new update!!! Please consider! : ) I also would prefer the choice to receive the critical wearher and local updates ONLY and not just the morning and evening texts of news. Thanks for asking for input!!

Previous app had no issues with getting to the news or weather. Loved having it to keep me updated especially locally with weather. Please explain why the change?? Rate this new version: extremely disappointing and inefficient. "If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it" PLEASE go back to what worked! Not a fan of 'this'.

A massive downgrade in usability from the Bay News 9 app that is being phased out. Checking the weather radar requires more steps and when you play the time lapse there is no way to get back to the current state. Reading an article requires signing in but you can't actually do that (not is it clear what credentials to use). Update (10-20-2020): free trial ended and there's still no way to sign in with my Spectrum account.

Not an improvement. I mostly only used the weather portion of the old app. I don't like the new app's weather portion as I don't see how to default to the weather upon opening and the weather settings do not save. I keep changing it to satellite and lightning strikes, but as soon as I close the app, it goes right back to the original settings. Please fix this!

After 30 days it auto signed me out. But would not allow to sign back into account. Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue
