The app does find wi-fi hotspots, and it does connect you to them, but none of them seem to work and I lose my Internet connection until I move out of the hotspot and my phone's 4G reconnects.
No longer supported, tells you to download My Spectrum app, which in turn says it doesn't support former TWC members and need to use MyTWC, which in turn doesn't allow you to connect to wifi hotspots. Great....
I thought the app would automatically connect to the local TWC Wi-Fi available which has never happened. It is basically useless!
The most I can say is that this app is always crashing and sending so many alerts that the app has created, especially when I'm driving.
no longer works. I used to love this app, as it automatically connected to twc/spectrum hotspots. now I have to log in every single time. annoying.
Not easy to turn off auto on. Big problem as both constant distraction and use of battery.
do not update! spectrum took a great usable app and replaced it with a spectrum junk app that does nothing. the new app tells you to go to the web to find a hotspot. if i had web access what would i need the app for?!
Does not seem to have a very substantial range. Also,does not always automatically connect.
App keeps closing while I'm using other apps. App is very buggy. Spectrum should go back to Time Warner where was more stable and useful
No longer supported, the My Spectrum app doesn't find hotspots. This is the reason i signed up to Spectrum in the first place.
Keeps disconnecting and has to be reconnected manually everytime. Useless app which drains the battery.
At a OSU ball game! With all the business' and hotels in the are and there is not HOTSPOT! WTH Downtown Columbus and no hotspots especially at the stadium!!!!!
Its the only way to conect to my twcwifi and work perfect i hope work at this new devise i had i lot of problem to conected to my twcwifi passpoint.
Love this app in the beginning but now it says it's not supported anymore don't understand why everybody in my house has it and it works great...smh..if it isn't supported why is it on play store? ?????
It has not worked once since i install it error message says can't connect to network use home ! How can i if I'm not home? Junk app👎👎👎👎
I loved Time Warner they were cheaper and kept their word. Spectrum has no limit to prices and keeps going up.
It keep telling me that I have the wrong password when I do get in it is real slow very slow rate and speed 0 to 10 mine's about2
Gets you connected to your Spectrum wifi spots, but doesn't let you request a hotspot anymore.
Never automatically worked like it was supposed to. Just took up memory. Uninstall it.
Good app, not great app lags on refresh and consumes a ton of battery.
Apparently this program is just a complete scam because I am surrounded by supposedly free Spectrum hotspots yeah I have never connected to him

Not sure why it's still called TWC wifi when they have been Spectrum for over a year now. Makes it feel like they might retire this service. The service is helpful if you are in a big city, I'm not so the access points they have here are very lacking. The noise for connecting is really annoying. They should change that.
