New app is NOT user friendly. Transaction history doesn't show personal transactions/receipts, just points and expired promotions start/end dates in format that doesn't make a lot of sense to the user. Special offers only shows what was previously rewards. What previously was offers doesn't seem to be in the app!
So the app is great the new update is amazing looks modern and is easy to use i would have rated 5 stars but at the moment there are alot of issues such as app going unresponsive extremely long load times and somtimes it just shuts down altogether this has hindered me from using points and coupons thus hindering me from saving money when these bugs are fixed I will re-rate 5 stars as deserved
Can't get signed in. Recent update logged me out and now it wants a username or email address. I provided both email addresses that I use (and have for over a decade) and it says I don't exist. No where to pull yourself up by phone #. It will let you request a password with a card # but I never had a physical card. I have a TON of points an expiring reward. It somehow recognizes me though because I get a push notification telling me I have a reward expiring today! What a POS app!
After I updated I got a screen that said: LOCATION ACCESS Twice Daily & White Bison Rewards collects location data to enable geofencing even when the app is closed or not in use. Glad you put it out there, but NO! This is not how you should write an app. Why do you need to geofence?
Only works if the folks making the order aren't sitting and playing on their phones. They said they were busy but there was no one in the store or drive thru. I was told the come you want is over there.... Terrible service. App is stupid glitchy
Cannot log in, cannot sign up, reset password says broken link. As an employee I'm going to have to explain to customers what's going on. Please fix these bugs.
It is super easy to earn and spend my points!!!! And the customer service in the stations are always on point!
Best coffee in existence accompanied by friendly and knowledgeable staff. The baristas deserve better pay for the amount of work they put in though, for real!😇😎
So far everything is going smoothly it makes it convenient to redeem your points.

I can't get into the app it says invalid password but it won't send me a temporary password.
I truly appreciate the offers they send & believe TD tries to be a better store than your normal ones. Staffing is a problem these days, sometimes WB doesn't have anyone there to take or make an order. They send us rewards then when u go to check out it doesn't deduct the reward!! Not only is that frustrating & embarrassing, the staff are clueless to any of the program or how to navigate it. Hope after this pandemic, these issues start turning around and hope people will want to work again.
I've had a good experience with the app. Gotten a lot of free stuff and in store discounts using the rewards card.
So much easier to use!

Why do you need my banks routing number? Why can't I just give a card number like literally any other store on the planet?
I like the rewards and coffee is great. But why do we link a bank account? Seems werid I would rather just use a credit card.
Keep getting "Oops An Error Has Occurred" when I try to log in or sign up! The app is junk! 🤬😡
Sucks! Used to be great reward program. Too evasive and staff Don't know how to honor rewards. Uninstalled.
Misleading!! Says you'll get free products but then you get charged at the register!!!

This place use to be great for now when I go the rewards doesn't work. The employees can't do anything about it but say you need to talk to the manager. HE IS A JOKE. Stopped going along with 6 guys from work. Starting going back to shell across the street

The recent update broke the app and forces you to provide your location even when the app is not in use. If you select to disable your location, it just force closes the app. It's also broken because you simply cannot log in. My info isn't recognized and I'm given an error when I try to reset my password. The location stuff is a big NO from me though.
