1. How to connect (for cheering purpose)For your fantastic experience, Input your seat number(seat number is supposed to be given) in your light stick before performance begin, the light stick will be interlocked with stage lighting system. (This may not apply in all situations.)
2. Lighting control (The part of this function will be updated later)By using the latest Bluetooth technology, your TWICE official light stick is directly linked to your smart devices and you can change the colors, brightness and modes as you want through your mobile device.
3. Each members’ images of TWICE as wallpaperYou can create your own application design by simply setting TWICE members’ images as wallpaper.
4. Linkage to TWICE youTube channel You can enjoy various movies through TWICE youTube channel.

i couldnt use my candy bong during my concert!!! it wouldnt go past the update software screen. now, the lightstick connects to the app but it doesnt go past the loading screen even though the lightstick already turned blue!!! fix it please!! i use my lightstick for a night light and i hate that i cant change the settings at all.
It's not working anymore. My candybong flashes blue and the app says its connected, but none of the options work. It tells me to update up but it just crashes and disconnects, i tried reseting my phone and the lightstick, reinstalling the app, restarting the Bluetooth, but none of it worked. My candybong used to work just fine but when the concerts started, it just wont work anymore. Please fix this.
There is an error and won't let me connect with my phone. It turn blue but I can't turn it on or off or change the settings or press any keys. It have always worked but since a few weeks I can't. I tried deleting the app and downloading it again, updating it, try turn it on and off but nothing works
I am very annoyed. I just got my lightstick today, I was excited to use the app to finally connect my candy bong to it. At first it worked, properly. But when it said to update the settings, my lightstick couldn't connect anymore. I keep trying, but it just won't.This is very annoying. Please fix this.
CANNOT CONNECT ANYMORE. I've lost any functionality that this App and the Candy Bong had. I can barely connect, and I cannot get passed the "Update" screen. I've read suggestions and none of them worked/ helped. I hope this isn't some gimmick to buy the new CBZ, because quite honestly, that would be rude for JYP to do to Once. It stopped working around the time of the Tokyo Dome concert... has anyone had similar issues that cannot be resolved? I don't want to give in and buy a new CBZ.
wont connect anymore I've uninstalled and reinstalled. I've closed and reopened, I've held down the power button on my candy Bong, I've turned off and back on my bluetooth and no matter what my lightstick will blink blue but the app just keeps spinning as if it cant connect to my lightstick I really hope this issue will be fixed and that you wont neglect the original candy Bong now that candy Bong z is out
I really love the app and I use the lighstick all the time but the last 3 settings (twice, candle and colory) don't work, I've tried reinstalling the app several times but it still doesnt work, when I press the buttons nothing happens.
My phone runs on oreo 8.0. I've tried it on another 8.0 in does not connect with the app. Please fix it or update for us 8.0 users. I've tried the app for the lower versions and it effortlessly connects. Please update. I'd be happy to usevthe full potential of the candy bong with the help of this app. Thank you.
for those who can connect the light stick but cant seem to change the colours just slide up to the candy bong lightstick setting from the home page it might help ! at first it didnt work for me but then i slid up the settings from the home page and the settings are there :D <1/5/2019>
since the last update where in there is a japanese text that comes out before proceeding on connecting it to bluetooth, it happen's that i cannot connect it directly to bluetooth ? im going on may 25 with this old candy bong, how can i enjoy if there is a problem like this.
Last 3 settings don't work. Tried to switch to my iPad and that was a flop. The settings and color changing work fine EXCEPT "Twice", "Candle", and "Colory". Why won't these work?
The update part always fails, i recently get bored so i just use my candybong with the app, but now i cant even change colors! The app is connected yes, but it will immediately say software update needed and will always fail no matter what i do. Pls fix this problem, my candybong is not the problem tho no matter how i see, but your app.
The last time I downloaded this app it won't work with my candybong but when I got a new phone and tried to connect it again it magically connected!! I am just so happy because it's not just white anymore and I can adjust the brightness now! ♡ Just try to uninstall and install it guys , it might work...
7/17/2019 update took away access to my candy bong. It is the day of th ed LA concert and I can't use it. It will flash blue for connection but it keeps checking and no change. Just revert the app so I can use my candy bong!
I've hady light stick for quite a while now and I tried connecting it. The stick flashes blue but I'm stucked at the recognizing product. There's also a message saying that there's an error checking the product? Can we please fix this?

Please fix the app. It fails to connect most of the time. Sometimes it even says the app version needs update.
what happened to the light stick app? is it not compatible for the light stick that was bought 2 years ago? settings download failed and error in checking the version when I'm trying to update the software. please fix it before the concert of twice here in the philippines

My old phone works well with the lightstick and it has 4.0 ver of Bluetooth but now im currently using my new phone vivo v11i that runs 4.2 ver of Bluetooth and somehow it cant connect to my lightstick. Hope it'll fix soon
I can't put other colors to my lightstick now. I hate tje new update😡😭, before I can easily manage to connevt and change the color now this app shows something like "twice first, second, third kapan concert. and GOSH!!!!! I can't use my light stick as a mood light anymore. My only options are for concerts and they are in Japanese. 😭
It works with my lightstick before, but now, it says updating after connecting but it won't update. It says 'update of cheering stick failed'.
it used to connect but I could not connect at all during the TWICE concert. Xlab need to fix this for both candy bong apps.
It's can't connect my lightstick to my phone but my lightstick can connect normally with my iPad and I reset both lightstick and phone million time and it's still not working
It stopped working first it flashes blue then says it meeds to be registered and updated and when it tried to load the update it wont amd i follow all the instructions but still dont work, please fix this.
when I connected my Lighstick it says that I have to do an update of the software, but when I try to do the update it says error, so I can't change the colors of my Candy Bong
I have recently received the current update for the light stick on March 20, 2019 and there is some problems with it. The performance setting is in Japanese text therefore I can't read and the update failed to reach 100%. I like it when there wasn't an uodate and the app setting was easier to use than right now.
