It would be greatly improved with a normal search bar rather than the annoying filters. I would like to be able to search for tickets for different gigs without having to keep going into the different options within the filters. it completely ruins the app for me

I would rate this app with 5 stars, as it's fantastic for buying and selling tickets fan-to-fan and cuts out the touts. The only issue is that the push notifications don't work, so by the time I've seen the email, the tickets have already been sold. if they can get this bug fixed, it'd be a top app!

Great idea, but seems impossible to get tickets. For over 2 months, I have been receiving alerts for George Ezra's sold out tour. I've tapped the notification within a second or two probably around 100 times, but every time am told that someone else is already purchasing them. I understand they are popular tickets, but I've even switched my alerts to a quicker phone and still miss out. The first come first served model is flawed when split-second reactions aren't sufficient to get tickets.

Good idea but I don't get any in app notifications when tickets become available so by the time you have picked up the email they're gone. The UI is pretty poor too, I shouldn't need to pull the list up to load more results, the app should just load them.

Why does this app STILL not just have a search box right from the off? so annoying. Also, ticket alert notifications flakey and almost never get the tickets, always someone else buying, apparently. Perhaps a queue system / waiting list would work better?

this us the most frustrating app I have ever used. I still haven't listed my ticket; Firstly I couldn't upload from my phone. I managed to upload using a PC, only to be forced to register with PayPal. once I had uploaded the ticket my upload was rejected by a moderator twice. Honestly well annoying.

Excellent way to buy and sell resale tickets at a fair price. I've bought and sold. Never had a problem. One star removed as searching is a bit clunky and could be made so much easier.

This app is a Godsend. I have gotten into shows that were sold out, without even paying face value for a ticket. Most artists recognise this is the most honest and user friendly way to keep tickets away from touts.

Useless. The gig I set up to receive Alerts for appears on sale. No Alert turns up. I buy the ticket, it crashes and says its sold. Stays onsale for hours further. The app is beyond useless.

Decent place to get last minute tickets at a good price, haven't had a bad experience yet. Recommend it. The app is a little difficult at times to find tickets.

Awful service from this company. They charge 10% despite doing absolutely nothing. Very easy for someone to sell you fake tickets and for you to not receive your money back even with the "garuntee".

doesn't recognise my phone number. lots of tickets are available for what I want but can't buy them as it won't send me a code. Have emailed them with no response. Very frustrating don't waste your time.

Get site to buy tickets from and the only place I use. The app could do with a search function like the main website but still great.

Twickets don't want to know when people are ripped of on their site. Pay fees for ticket protection and when you have issues they tell you to sort it yourself with PayPal.

this site / app is awesome - I've never failed to sell tickets I have spare, or find tickets for gigs I want - good value and easy to use!!!

Poorly designed app that made me purchase tickets for SSE Wembley and not SSE Odyssey because 1. I didn't know there was another venue with same sponsor. 2. The text in the app was too big so I couldn't see that full venue name. After an extremely strongly worded complaint, my account has been frozen. This is how the CEO disrespects his users with valid complaints. Poor app run by a vengeful and childish CEO who has no respect for anyone with disabilities.

Great app/site. Allows passing on tickets to genuine purchasers at face value or less. Much needed this week after testing positive for Covid

Good idea. But often very buggy. Lots of times I've gone to buy and it's not completed

The notifications arrive hours after a ticket is posted, and therefore pretty useless for in demand events.

totally useless. no search function = no way of finding the tickets u want. pointless app.

Website is better. Football tickets don't display where the seats at the list level.

The app is so temperamental! Sometimes it works great and other times it doesnt work!

Can't login- receive a ' invalid email address' error

Sell yoir tickets elsewhere...this place makes you sell them exclusively on their site snd then nobody buys anything. Can't even sell tickets for 70% below face value. Waste of time and money sell them somewhere else please!!!
