This app is terrible i have on countless occasions uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still i get the same error (sign in failed) when i am more than 100% positive all ny information is correct.
The dispensers for hand sanitizer are always empty. No one comes around and disinfect the machines. It's mandatory to wear masks and people take their masks off and no one tells them to put them back on. The hand sanitizer wipe dispenser is always empty. Glad it is smoke free but the smokers hang in front of the door smoking so non smokers have to walk through a cloud of smoke to enter the non-smoking building.
Uninstalled and reinstalled because app doesnt even open for me and still not fix. Wasnt showing win/loss statements from 2020 either and I need them for my taxes. Get it together.
it's a great app when it works. i often have to uninstall and reinstall it because my promotions disappear.
Love playing casino games and it's the next best thing when you can't get to Twin Rivers in Rhode island. Love it all
probably the most exciting Casino in New England the gaming tables the slot machines and the band's at the Lighthouse off fabulous I danced at the light house every weekend spin circles watch for me
Try to sign in and gets error message and now I try to log in after not using it for period of time and now it will not open
Just updated and as I'm reserving my gifts, it froze and displayed reserving I had to back out and start over.
great for reserving promos , but the status points have not been loading lately at all.

won't let me log in. can not get any of my promotions. went to casino got some one to help. when you put your card number in don't put in the first 5 numbers. that should let you log in.

In 2021 in February and March spend over $9,000.00 and never received any free slot play or mail 📬 from Twin River. Maybe they forget who spend my money??? There is always Plainridge casino they know how to take care of guest

No problems reserving promotions/Sweepstakes
Rarely up to date. MAINLY use to access the phone number in order to get help at a machine since the 'need service' never brings help and there's too few wandering personnel. UNfortunately the phone staff is incredibly rude short-tempered when you're trying to find the 'number'of the machine. Should add to the app need help. and AlertSecurity to people who are not wearing the mask properly ( an announcement even every 5 minutes is not sufficient).
