TwinFACE — Selfie into Anime

I see that a lot of reviews say that their images become corrupted. I'd say that my images weren't the worst. However, it is weird in some parts. If your background is dark then it will change your hair color to nothing close to yours, your eyes will end up twisted if your hair is in front of you, and if you have acnes that are red and large, that would make a weird result around the area. Overall, it worked pretty fine for me but I don't really like it and I hope that my experience helps you.

The app is literally so bad. The process took from 1-10 minutes and I STILL didn't even get the photo. The fact that they have a 1-100% thing THEN say they are adding stuff doesn't make sense. Is there a 1-100% process, or adding stuff with a loading circle? Its a bad app to use. When I close the app or go to home or another app while waiting, I have to RESTART the whole process again and wait EVEN MORE.

Great concept. its the best app for the job at the moment. the reason why some people are having issues is that they are being too impatient with it and not trying again. If the result isn't what you wanted (which it often is) then its bound to be quite amusing anyway. I recommend downloading to see what you get. Ive also started a subreddit for funny conversions called r/cursedtwinface so if you want to check that out too, that would be great.

Horrible app. First I tried some photos of myself and it came out all crooked and weird. It changed my hair to green and my eyes to red. Then I tried some photos of some celebrities and the same happened. Don't download unless you want yourself to be disappointed. I downloaded the app because I saw on Google that the app is good and works. Don't download it. I just wasted my time. I would really appreciate if the developers would either update this app and make it good or delete it.

I think this app did great! My selfie did have 2 different types of eyes, and some distorted bits but for an ai, it's pretty good! If you want the picture to look good try to make sure you are close to the camera, facing straight forward, it doesn't do well with angles, and don't turn off modern style.

I tried using this with a good solid picture of my face. and quite frankly somehow looked like a lab project, and I mean just totally like a monstrosity. easy to use, but the quality of the app is well, disturbing.

Despite the crashes while saving results, this is a cool app to use. As an AI powered app, the results can vary, but that's part of the fun. I'd like to see the base algorithm expanded, but the developer of this app doesn't control that.

I find it really cool that it animates your photos however, the animations doesnt try to mach you if that makes any sense. Like for example, im blonde and i have hazel eyes. Instead of aiming for the closest result of me it gives me purple or black hair with blue eyes.

Solid attempt and I'd only offer two constructive criticisms. 1- try to work on separating face from background as it thought my wall was a part of my head and gave me massive orange hair (my hair is black and I almost died laughing 😂😂😂) 2- try to make the app more glasses friendly, it seems to have a hard time processing mine. All in all this is a fun app and great for smiles and laughs. I thoroughly enjoyed it and look forward to what it can become!

I would give it a 0 star if available. There is no face recognition. The "edited" picture is no where near similar to my face and I tried that like 10 times. I guess it randomly links a picture to our face. I don't have purple hair..i don't have fringes..and i surely don't have staight hair. Stupid useless app. Developer must have been stupid.

Useless. I wanted to mkae a fun anime style picture. The image looked NOTHING like me at all. Tried several different photos to all with bad results. Images either blurry to the point you can tell what it is or the "character" has had every one of your features changed beyond recognition.

!All the good ratings are bots! This app is horrible. I took multiple pictures from different distances (while facing the camera straight) and none of the pictures work. I came across these problems: It gave me 3 eyes??? Purple hair??? And when I took a picture with my glasses they were misshapen. Doesnt work!

Doesn't really work. I've downloaded the app mostly as a joke but it never gave me anything other than some abstract colors. I tried 6 different pictures from various angles, lighting and backgrounds.

It does not work all the time the only way I was able to get a good image was if I turn off modern style but was still a little bit bad but I had to compare it with the modern style on I will say it is 10 times better it is a very amazing idea they just need to fix a few things.

There are so many things this app has problems with you basically have to be bald, clean-shaven, and without glasses just to have a chance at a below average animation of your face. This app is terrible.

I cant even give a a star since i i stall this app i just receive invasive apps even when i close and very inteusive. Even the icon dont match the one where in the market. The process requiere internet and ita super slow and supect and it dosent paint you not even a art filter what it does is gather some image from the internet and place it as it was made by the app. And the worst my result dint match.

When I have the modern style and face detection options turned on I get what looks like a stock anime face drawing that somewhat matches my snapshot. When I turn the options off, I do get a picture based on my actual face, but the result looks more like a cubism rendition of me.

I don't know, why most of the people don't like it. I found it great! Even if those aren't the perfekt drawings, it's very interesting to see how the photos would look like, when someone draws them. I could do the rest by myself, if I want a perfect drawing. But you did a great job!😉😄👍❤

This app doesn't near transform my face into an anime that actually represents my features at all. I'm not here to trash on the app, but the face recognition doesn't work. The end result (Anime Character) doesn't look a bit like me. I wouldn't recommend it.

This app is horrible. I took a few pictures in different wigs and different facial expressions and I got the same girl over and over again. the wigs were all different colors but I got the same girl with purple hair and purple eyes. This app is a waste of time and storage on your device

It sort of works? Sometimes? But other times it gives you a face that looks nothing like the original image or a strange-looking mess. This app made an attempt, and it did work sometimes, but most of the time it doesn't.

This app is very very bad and useless. How can my hair change from black, straight hair into pink, curly hair. And that is not look like my face. If I can give 0 stars, I'll give it. This developer vision is really baddd!!!!!

It's really bad and not worth the time, unless you like looking like 3 year painted you XD perhaps if they fix the problem with not looking like a melted half human half animal thing it would be much better and a great app to use.

As the others have said, this app is completely useless! It does not even check your face properly. All it does is show a random anime after you took a picture! NOT RECCOMENDED

That's too bad it takes a long time and I is very slow. This is too much disgusting most bad app. I does not convert my photo into anime but only wastes my time .too bad app 🤮😡😡👿 Well I think it is not too bad but is slow . I have a complaint that I have black hair and it shows purple

it was not very accurate except one one my pictures and I'll give it a two for effort. It will.only work for one person. It didn't look any where close to the pictures I chose.

Its fun and the images are hilarious but it needs work... The faces are all wonky and theres like 3 eyes and it just looks bad. Has potential though if they fixed these issues.
